【摘要】：以進(jìn)出口商品為載體的自然資本所提供的生態(tài)系統(tǒng)服務(wù)不僅對(duì)本區(qū)域的生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生影響,而且會(huì)通過區(qū)際貿(mào)易以及生物多樣性價(jià)值對(duì)其他區(qū)域乃至全球生態(tài)環(huán)境產(chǎn)生影響。合理估算貿(mào)易中的自然資本流量對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)更大范圍內(nèi)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展具有重要借鑒意義。文章基于生態(tài)足跡理論對(duì)江西省2002-2013年主要資源產(chǎn)品貿(mào)易的生態(tài)足跡進(jìn)行了核算,結(jié)果表明:江西對(duì)外貿(mào)易中自然資本生態(tài)足跡大多數(shù)年份均存在赤字,但赤字規(guī)模正不斷縮減,朝有利于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的方向邁進(jìn);生物資源出口足跡的增量和增長(zhǎng)速度均大于能源出口足跡,淡水資源出口潛力巨大;林地資源足跡在進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易中舉足輕重。
[Abstract]:Ecosystem services provided by natural capital with import and export commodities not only have an impact on the ecological environment of the region, but also affect other regions and even the global ecological environment through inter-regional trade and the value of biodiversity. Reasonable estimation of natural capital flow in trade is of great significance for realizing sustainable development in a wider range. Based on the ecological footprint theory, this paper calculates the ecological footprint of Jiangxi Province's trade in major resource products from 2002 to 2013. The results show that the ecological footprint of natural capital in most years of Jiangxi's foreign trade is in deficit, but the scale of deficit is decreasing. In the direction of sustainable development, the increment and growth rate of biological resource export footprint are larger than energy export footprint, freshwater resource export potential is huge, woodland resource footprint plays an important role in import and export trade.
