【摘要】：正自2014年9月23日國家財政部發(fā)布《關(guān)于推廣運用政府和社會資本合作模式有關(guān)問題的通知》等一系列有關(guān)運用和規(guī)范PPP模式的文件后,猶如一道動員令,全國各地迅速掀起了PPP模式運作熱潮。政府和社會資本合作模式(Public-Private-Partnership)簡稱PPP模式,在我國工程咨詢業(yè)其實早有涉獵,有的工程咨詢單位對PPP模式已運用自如。最近在寧波市召開的十六城市工程咨詢協(xié)作網(wǎng)PPP業(yè)務(wù)交流會議上,許多成員單位都介紹了各自開展PPP業(yè)務(wù)的經(jīng)驗和體會。這些通過咨詢實踐摸索出來的開展PPP業(yè)
[Abstract]:Since September 23, 2014, the Ministry of Finance has issued a series of documents on the use and standardization of the PPP model, such as the Circular on promoting the use of the Cooperation Model between Government and Social Capital, which is like a mobilization order. Throughout the country quickly set off a PPP mode of operation upsurge. The cooperation mode of government and social capital (Public-Private-Partnership) is referred to as the PPP mode. In fact, the engineering consulting industry in our country has already dabbled in it, and some engineering consulting units have already used PPP model freely. At the meeting of PPP business exchange of 16 cities engineering consultation network held recently in Ningbo, many member units have introduced their own experience and experience in developing PPP business.
