山東省商業(yè)銀行服務(wù)縣域城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的實(shí)證研究
[Abstract]:New urbanization is a major development strategy determined by the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. It is the greatest potential for steady growth and expansion of domestic demand. It contains huge financial needs and is also a strategic focus for the development of various financial institutions. Through data analysis and field investigation, this paper summarizes the present situation of county urbanization in Shandong Province by combining theory with practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis. This paper deeply analyzes the main factors restricting the development of urbanization in counties served by commercial banks, and taking 91 counties (cities) in Shandong Province as the research object, establishes a econometric model based on cross-section data and time series data. The effects of financial services on county urbanization are systematically analyzed. Finally, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions in the aspects of management strategy, product innovation, risk prevention and control and so on, focusing on perfecting the service ability of commercial banks. First, through the analysis of the present situation of the county urbanization in Shandong Province, the author thinks that under the joint action of the market and the government policy, Shandong has made great achievements in deepening the transformation of the county industry and promoting the construction of small towns. County urbanization presents a trend of accelerated development and greater potential for development. As to the imbalance of regional development of county economy in Shandong Province, the differentiation strategy of "classification guidance and emphases" should be adhered to. Second, through the analysis of the main restricting factors of the commercial banks serving the county urbanization, it is concluded that the extensive development of the county urbanization and the imperfect rural credit system lead to the poor financial transaction environment. It restricts the development of the rural financial market, thus impels the commercial banks with the goal of benefit to lack the motive power in the aspects of financial innovation and resource allocation. The lack of supporting measures at the government level is the institutional reason for restricting the service of commercial banks to the development of new urbanization. Strengthening the design of relevant systems is the key factor to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand in the current county financial market. Thirdly, through the empirical analysis of the impact of financial services on county urbanization, the author holds that commercial banks should implement differentiated management strategies in view of the differences in the development of county economies, closely combined with the government's policy to support the new type of urbanization. On the basis of establishing and perfecting the mechanism of product innovation, we should optimize the structure of loan products, strengthen the cooperation with the financial industry, and increase the innovation and popularization of direct financing products. At the same time, commercial banks should not only actively promote the construction of new financial service channels, such as self-help banks and mobile finance, but also take the initiative to connect with local governments and strengthen the linkage of work. To create a favorable financial services county urbanization development policy and market environment.
