企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力結(jié)構(gòu)模型和綜合評價體系研究

【摘要】:在信息化時代,瞬息萬變的世界給企業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者提出了更加嚴峻的挑戰(zhàn),它要求企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)不僅要具有戰(zhàn)略的眼光還要有卓越的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。卓越的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力要求領(lǐng)導(dǎo)具有領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的基本能力,還要有信息化時代的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力特征,這就是信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。但是,關(guān)于信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究尤其是企業(yè)領(lǐng)域中的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究還處于研究的初始階段。相關(guān)的文獻大多是關(guān)于教育或校長信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究,只有零星的文章研究的是企業(yè)中領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力。所以,本文在借鑒他們研究成果的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合企業(yè)的實際特征以及企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的地位和職責,對企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的定義、結(jié)構(gòu)模型、評價體系等做了初期的研究,希望能給企業(yè)的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者提供一些參考和指導(dǎo)。 本文在參考大量文獻研究的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的層次結(jié)構(gòu),包括企業(yè)高管層、信息主管層和業(yè)務(wù)主管層。本文則主要是從企業(yè)高管的角度重點研究了企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力方面的內(nèi)容。本文首先給出了企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的定義和企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的初始結(jié)構(gòu)模型。然后,通過調(diào)查問卷的形式,咨詢相關(guān)專家和企業(yè)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的觀點和意見,利用因子分析法對企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的結(jié)構(gòu)模型進行修正,最終給出了企業(yè)高管的信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的修正結(jié)構(gòu)模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,本文還建立了企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的評價指標體系,并給出了各指標的權(quán)重。然后利用模糊綜合評價法,給出了企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的綜合評價模型。最后,通過案例對該研究結(jié)果進行運用和驗證,證實了研究的可用性。 由于企業(yè)高管信息化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)力的研究尚處于初始階段,未來的研究方向和領(lǐng)域還很寬廣,本文在最后給未來的研究人員指出了一些可供參考的研究方向,并希望相關(guān)的研究成果越來越多。
[Abstract]:In the information age, the rapidly changing world poses a more severe challenge to the leaders of the enterprise. It requires that the leadership of the enterprise not only have the strategic vision but also the outstanding leadership. The excellent leadership requires leadership with the basic ability of leadership, and the leadership characteristics of the era of information. This is the information leadership. However, the research on information leadership, especially in the field of enterprise leadership, is still in the initial stage of research. Most of the related literature is about the research on the leadership of education or principals' information leadership, and only sporadic article is the information leadership of the leadership in the enterprise. On the basis of their research results, combining the actual characteristics of the enterprise and the position and responsibility of the enterprise leaders, this paper makes a preliminary study on the definition, structure model and evaluation system of enterprise executives' information leadership, hoping to provide some reference and guidance to the leaders of the enterprises.
On the basis of a large number of literature research, this paper puts forward the hierarchical structure of information leadership, including executive layer, information management layer and business manager. This paper mainly studies the content of leadership information leadership from the perspective of enterprise executives. This paper first gives the leadership information leadership of enterprise executives. The definition and the initial structure model of enterprise executives' information leadership, then consult the views and opinions of relevant experts and enterprise leaders through the form of questionnaire, and make use of factor analysis to modify the structure model of enterprise executives' information leadership, and finally give the revised structure model of the information leadership of the enterprise executives. On this basis, this paper also establishes the evaluation index system of enterprise executives' information leadership, and gives the weight of each index. Then, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to give a comprehensive evaluation model of the information leadership of the enterprise executives. Finally, the results are applied and verified through the case, which confirms the availability of the research. Sex.
As the research on information leadership of executives is still in the initial stage, the future research direction and field are wide. In the end, this paper points out some research directions for future researchers, and hopes that more and more relevant research results will be achieved.
