江西與全國同步建成全面小康社會:進程、難點與建議
[Abstract]:Jiangxi faces many difficult problems in building a well-off society at the same time as the whole country. Based on the comparison of the monitoring index values in 2012 and 2020, It is concluded that the difficulties of Jiangxi and the whole country in building a well-off society at the same time are as follows: there are few indicators reached in the monitoring index and mainly concentrated on the index with small weight, and it is difficult to achieve the goal with the larger weight index; The undeveloped economy and the low ability of scientific and technological innovation, the low rate of urbanization and the slow process of industrialization form two bad cycles; the irrational industrial structure restricts the industrial transformation and upgrading; and the advantage of cultural resources fails to form the industrial advantage. Based on this, it is proposed that Jiangxi Province should continue to deepen the reform and further tap the reform dividend; promote the industrialization process with the new urbanization construction, promote the new urbanization process with the industrial development; The development of modern service industry is promoted by information technology, and the development of cultural industry is promoted by deepening the system reform, so as to realize the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way simultaneously with the whole country.
