【摘要】：長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶城市群城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展綜合水平逐年提升,且呈下游高于中游、中游高于上游的梯度分布格局,其空間差異在峰谷波動(dòng)中有所擴(kuò)大;四大城鎮(zhèn)化子系統(tǒng)發(fā)展具有顯著的空間差異和動(dòng)態(tài)演變特征,九大城市群城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展綜合水平差距主要體現(xiàn)在人口、空間城鎮(zhèn)化方面;經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)城鎮(zhèn)化方面的差距主要表現(xiàn)為下游發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)與中、上游欠發(fā)達(dá)地區(qū)之間的差距;市場(chǎng)機(jī)制對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展具有顯著的積極影響,政府機(jī)制、內(nèi)源機(jī)制和外部機(jī)制的影響相對(duì)微弱。推進(jìn)長(zhǎng)江經(jīng)濟(jì)帶城鎮(zhèn)化均衡發(fā)展的著力點(diǎn)在人口城鎮(zhèn)化,關(guān)鍵在于更好地發(fā)揮政府機(jī)制作用。
[Abstract]:The comprehensive level of urbanization of the urban agglomeration in the Yangtze River economic belt is rising year by year, and the distribution pattern of the urban agglomeration in the lower reaches is higher than that in the middle reaches and the middle reaches is higher than that in the upper reaches. The development of the four major urbanization subsystems has significant spatial differences and dynamic evolution characteristics. The comprehensive level gap of urbanization development of the nine urban agglomerations is mainly reflected in population, spatial urbanization, economy, The gap in social urbanization is mainly manifested in the gap between the developed areas in the lower reaches and the less developed areas in the upper reaches; the market mechanism has a significant positive impact on the development of urbanization. The influence of endogenous mechanism and external mechanism is relatively weak. The key to promote the balanced development of urbanization in the Yangtze economic belt lies in the role of government mechanism.
