【摘要】：隨著地方金融在地方經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中地位的不斷提升和正向影響力的不斷擴(kuò)大，如何提升區(qū)域內(nèi)部的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境促進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟鹑跇I(yè)的良性發(fā)展便成了省域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中不可回避的話題。由于金融資源有較強(qiáng)的流動(dòng)性，再加上福建省地處東部沿海緊鄰長(zhǎng)三角經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)與珠三角經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)，如何在兩大經(jīng)濟(jì)區(qū)的強(qiáng)大輻射下提升自己的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境，聚集自身的金融資源，便成了福建省未來(lái)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重中之重。 本文采用統(tǒng)計(jì)分析與時(shí)間序列模型相結(jié)合、靜態(tài)分析與動(dòng)態(tài)研究相結(jié)合的方法，系統(tǒng)全面的對(duì)福建省金融生態(tài)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)和特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和實(shí)證研究，結(jié)合其存在的問(wèn)題提出若干優(yōu)化福建省金融生態(tài)的對(duì)策建議。 首先，本文對(duì)區(qū)域金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)的概念、結(jié)構(gòu)、運(yùn)行機(jī)制及運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)判斷依據(jù)進(jìn)行定義和闡釋，作為統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和實(shí)證研究的理論基礎(chǔ)。其次，選擇金融業(yè)在當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)中的地位、銀行系統(tǒng)、證券系統(tǒng)、保險(xiǎn)系統(tǒng)等四個(gè)方面相關(guān)指標(biāo)，通過(guò)與全國(guó)平均水平和江蘇省進(jìn)行比較，對(duì)福建省金融生態(tài)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和研究。再次，運(yùn)用熵權(quán)法對(duì)東南沿海六省金融生態(tài)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和比較，以選擇度量區(qū)域金融生態(tài)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)的指標(biāo)作為被解釋變量，通過(guò)誤差修正模型對(duì)影響福建省金融生態(tài)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)的主要因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析。最后，根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析和實(shí)證研究結(jié)果提出優(yōu)化福建省金融生態(tài)運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)的若干對(duì)策建議。 論文研究得出的主要結(jié)論是：（1）通過(guò)與沿海六省的金融生態(tài)環(huán)境相對(duì)比，福建省金融生態(tài)的運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)還處于相對(duì)落后的位置，，排在六省中的第五位；（2）結(jié)合福建省實(shí)際情況對(duì)金融生態(tài)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)中權(quán)重最高的指標(biāo)（金融業(yè)增加值占地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值比重）的影響因素進(jìn)行深度挖掘。從長(zhǎng)期均衡的角度出發(fā)，發(fā)現(xiàn)金融機(jī)構(gòu)存貸比（即貸款余額/存款余額）、固定資產(chǎn)投資來(lái)源中的國(guó)內(nèi)貸款占國(guó)內(nèi)貸款與自籌資金之和的比重以及金融機(jī)構(gòu)中長(zhǎng)期貸款占貸款余額的比重均對(duì)該指標(biāo)產(chǎn)生正向影響。（3）結(jié)合實(shí)證分析對(duì)福建省金融生態(tài)主體與金融生態(tài)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行機(jī)制提出合理的優(yōu)化對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the increasing status and positive influence of local finance in local economic development, How to promote the regional financial ecological environment to promote the benign development of the local financial industry has become an unavoidable topic in the development of provincial economy. Due to the strong fluidity of financial resources and the fact that Fujian Province is located in the eastern coastal area adjacent to the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone and the Pearl River Delta Economic Zone, how to improve its own financial ecological environment under the strong radiation of the two major economic zones, Gather oneself financial resource, became the most important of future economic development of Fujian Province. This paper combines the statistical analysis with the time series model, the static analysis with the dynamic research, systematically and comprehensively carries on the statistical analysis and the demonstration research to the Fujian Province finance ecology movement situation and the characteristic. Combined with its existing problems, some countermeasures and suggestions for optimizing Fujian's financial ecology are put forward. Firstly, this paper defines and interprets the concept, structure, operating mechanism and operational situation of regional financial ecosystem, which is the theoretical basis of statistical analysis and empirical research. Secondly, select the financial industry's position in the local economy, the banking system, the securities system, and the insurance system, and compare them with the national average and Jiangsu Province. To Fujian Province financial ecology movement situation carries on the statistical analysis and the research. Thirdly, using entropy weight method to evaluate and compare the operating situation of financial ecology in six provinces along the southeast coast, taking the index of measuring regional financial ecological situation as the explanatory variable. Based on the error correction model, this paper analyzes the main factors that affect the financial ecological situation in Fujian Province. Finally, according to the results of statistical analysis and empirical research, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to optimize the situation of financial ecology in Fujian Province. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows: (1) compared with the financial ecological environment of the six coastal provinces, Fujian Province is still in a relatively backward position, ranking fifth among the six provinces; (2) combined with the actual situation of Fujian Province, this paper deeply excavates the influential factors of the most important index of financial ecological evaluation (the proportion of financial value added to the regional gross domestic product). From the perspective of long-term equilibrium, It is found that the ratio of deposit to loan of financial institutions (that is, loan balance / deposit balance), the proportion of domestic loans in fixed asset investment sources to the sum of domestic loans and self-financing, and the proportion of medium- and long-term loans of financial institutions to loan balances are all found. (3) combining with the empirical analysis, the author puts forward the reasonable optimization countermeasures to the financial ecological main body and the financial ecosystem operating mechanism of Fujian Province.
