【摘要】：由中國改革發(fā)展研究院(海南)舉辦的以"2014新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體智庫經(jīng)濟(jì)政策論壇——走向新常態(tài)的新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體"為主題的第79次中國改革國際論壇于2014年11月1~2日在�？谂e行。本刊征得張軍擴(kuò)、王一鳴、吳曉求、宋立、倪紅日、曹文煉、劉尚希、王小魯、汪玉凱、張占斌、鄭新立、郭濂、歐陽康、李實(shí)、薛瀾等專家學(xué)者的同意,編發(fā)該組演講論文。文章在"走向新常態(tài)的新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體"的背景下,縱論中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)改革和發(fā)展,涵蓋中國追趕型增長的階段轉(zhuǎn)換與增長前景;以創(chuàng)新推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)向中高端水平發(fā)展;資本市場發(fā)展與中國金融的結(jié)構(gòu)性改革;中國經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)與城鎮(zhèn)化新趨勢;中國經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)下財(cái)稅改革的目標(biāo)、路徑以及面臨的挑戰(zhàn);經(jīng)濟(jì)增長、收入分配與結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整等多個(gè)視角。
[Abstract]:The 79th International Forum on China's Reform was held in Haikou from November 1 to 2, 2014, with the theme of "2014 emerging economies think-tank economic policy forum-emerging economies heading towards the new normal", organized by the China Institute for Reform and Development (Hainan). With the consent of Zhang Jun, Wang Yiming, Wu Xiaocu, Song Li, Ni Hongri, Cao Wen Lian, Liu Shangxi, Wang Xiaolu, Wang Yukai, Zhang Zhanbin, Zheng Xinli, Guo Lian, Ouyang Kang, Li Shi, Xue Lan, etc. Under the background of "emerging economies heading for the new normal", the article discusses the economic reform and development of China, including the stage transformation and growth prospect of China's catch-up growth, promoting the development of industry to the middle and high level with innovation. The development of capital market and the structural reform of Chinese finance; the new normal state of Chinese economy and the new trend of urbanization; the goal, path and challenge of fiscal and taxation reform under the new normal state of Chinese economy; the economic growth, Income distribution and structural adjustment and other perspectives.
