【摘要】：物流園區(qū)在我國尚處于初期發(fā)展階段，物流產(chǎn)業(yè)屬于第三產(chǎn)業(yè)，對于地方調(diào)整產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)，締造新的經(jīng)濟增長點具有非常好的拉動力，2009年，中央將物流業(yè)劃入十大振興產(chǎn)業(yè)后，全國各地的物流園區(qū)如雨后春筍般出現(xiàn)，這些物流園區(qū)大多依托優(yōu)越的地理位置、便利的交通條件和有利的市場環(huán)境，依托政府主導(dǎo)建設(shè)，但在建設(shè)過程中出現(xiàn)了很多問題，比如前期的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施投資量十分巨大，地方財力供給后繼乏力。企業(yè)入駐困難，項目建設(shè)慢，人氣集聚難等等諸多問題，鄂爾多斯空港物流園區(qū)處于“呼包銀榆”經(jīng)濟區(qū)內(nèi)，所處位置交通十分便利，是典型的依托交通發(fā)展的物流園區(qū)，但在建設(shè)過程中也出現(xiàn)了上述情況，筆者全程參與了鄂爾多斯空港物流園區(qū)的建設(shè)，在建設(shè)中深深感受了這些問題的出現(xiàn)對于空港物流園區(qū)解決目前困難和長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展的重要意義。 本文采用查閱資料和實地調(diào)研相結(jié)合的方式為主要研究辦法，，從如何在現(xiàn)有條件下解決實際問題，促進園區(qū)長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展入手，論文第一章主要介紹了鄂爾多斯空港物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)背景，第二章主要是介紹了目前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的定位，第三章主要是建設(shè)中存在的具體問題，第四章主要是針對目前存在的問題對下一步的建設(shè)發(fā)展有針對性的提出對策建議。
[Abstract]:Logistics park is still in the initial stage of development in our country, the logistics industry belongs to the tertiary industry, which has a very good pull power for the local adjustment of industrial structure and the creation of new economic growth point. In 2009, the central government classified the logistics industry into the top ten revitalized industries. Logistics parks all over the country have sprung up. Most of these logistics parks rely on superior geographical location, convenient traffic conditions and favorable market environment, and rely on government-led construction. However, many problems have arisen in the process of construction. For example, the amount of infrastructure investment is very large, local financial resources supply is weak. It is difficult for enterprises to enter the city, slow construction of projects, difficulty in gathering people, and so on. The Ordos Airport Logistics Park is located in the "Hubao Yinyu" economic zone, where the transportation is very convenient, and is a typical logistics park relying on traffic development. But in the process of construction, the author participated in the construction of the Ordos Airport Logistics Park. In the process of construction, the emergence of these problems is very important for the airport logistics park to solve the current difficulties and the long-term development. In this paper, the way of reference and field research is used as the main research method, starting with how to solve the practical problems under the existing conditions, and to promote the long-term development of the park. The first chapter mainly introduces the background of the planning and construction of Ordos Airport Logistics Park, the second chapter mainly introduces the current development situation and the positioning of related industries, the third chapter is mainly about the specific problems in the construction. The fourth chapter is to put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the future construction and development in view of the existing problems.
