【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化和國(guó)際分工的不斷深化，越來(lái)越多的產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸向某些區(qū)域集聚，從而形成了“產(chǎn)業(yè)集群”。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展促進(jìn)了企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力和國(guó)家競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升。通過(guò)對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究有助于找出產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的劣勢(shì)所在，為產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考思路，為地方政府在制定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群政策時(shí)提供建議，從而促進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提升。 經(jīng)過(guò)三十多年的改革開(kāi)放，我國(guó)各地逐漸形成了一些具有鮮明特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。如安徽淮南、煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，浙江溫州鞋革集群、永康五金業(yè)集群，廣東汕頭的玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，北京的中關(guān)村電子產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等等。福建省泉州市在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中更是走在了前列，其各個(gè)縣市也逐漸形成了各具特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群：晉江運(yùn)動(dòng)鞋和服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，南安石材、水暖器材集群，石獅服裝紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，安溪烏龍茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，泉港煉化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等。這些產(chǎn)業(yè)集群對(duì)推進(jìn)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要的作用。 德化的陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)自改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)取得了長(zhǎng)足的發(fā)展。2012年全縣有大小陶瓷生產(chǎn)企業(yè)1400多家，陶瓷產(chǎn)值120億元，占全縣工業(yè)產(chǎn)值的67.5%，可以說(shuō)陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)德化的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)。本文通過(guò)比較產(chǎn)業(yè)集群定性與定量評(píng)價(jià)方法，選擇GEM模型的評(píng)價(jià)方法，通過(guò)專家走訪收集數(shù)據(jù)，建立GEM指標(biāo)體系，運(yùn)用層次分析法測(cè)算德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。同時(shí)考慮到產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系的復(fù)雜性，本文設(shè)計(jì)的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)難以全面概括全部因素，因此在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上同時(shí)運(yùn)用了定性的分析方法，分析德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的優(yōu)勢(shì)和劣勢(shì)，并根據(jù)其劣勢(shì)因素，，結(jié)合考慮德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的特點(diǎn)，提出相應(yīng)的提高德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的若干對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and international division of labor, more and more industries gradually gather to some regions, thus forming "industrial clusters". The development of industrial clusters promotes the competitiveness of enterprises, regional competitiveness and national competitiveness. So as to promote the competitiveness of industrial clusters. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has gradually formed a number of distinct characteristics of industrial clusters. Shishi clothing textile industry cluster, Anxi Oolong tea industry cluster, Dehua ceramic industry cluster, Quangang refining and chemical industry cluster. These industrial clusters play an important role in promoting the development of local economy. Accounting for 67.5 percent of the county's industrial output, it can be said that the ceramic industry has made a great contribution to the economic development of Dehua.
