【摘要】：伴隨著經(jīng)濟全球化和國際分工的不斷深化，越來越多的產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸向某些區(qū)域集聚，從而形成了“產(chǎn)業(yè)集群”。產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展促進了企業(yè)競爭力、區(qū)域競爭力和國家競爭力的提升。通過對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的研究有助于找出產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的劣勢所在，為產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)的企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供參考思路，為地方政府在制定產(chǎn)業(yè)集群政策時提供建議，從而促進產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的提升。 經(jīng)過三十多年的改革開放，我國各地逐漸形成了一些具有鮮明特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群。如安徽淮南、煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，浙江溫州鞋革集群、永康五金業(yè)集群，廣東汕頭的玩具產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，北京的中關(guān)村電子產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等等。福建省泉州市在經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的過程中更是走在了前列，其各個縣市也逐漸形成了各具特色的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群：晉江運動鞋和服裝產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，南安石材、水暖器材集群，石獅服裝紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，安溪烏龍茶產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群，泉港煉化產(chǎn)業(yè)集群等。這些產(chǎn)業(yè)集群對推進當?shù)亟?jīng)濟的發(fā)展發(fā)揮著重要的作用。 德化的陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)自改革開放以來取得了長足的發(fā)展。2012年全縣有大小陶瓷生產(chǎn)企業(yè)1400多家，陶瓷產(chǎn)值120億元，占全縣工業(yè)產(chǎn)值的67.5%，可以說陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)對德化的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展做出了巨大貢獻。本文通過比較產(chǎn)業(yè)集群定性與定量評價方法，選擇GEM模型的評價方法，通過專家走訪收集數(shù)據(jù)，建立GEM指標體系，運用層次分析法測算德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的競爭力。同時考慮到產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力評價體系的復雜性，本文設(shè)計的評價指標難以全面概括全部因素，因此在定量分析的基礎(chǔ)上同時運用了定性的分析方法，分析德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的優(yōu)勢和劣勢，并根據(jù)其劣勢因素，，結(jié)合考慮德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的特點，提出相應的提高德化陶瓷產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的若干對策。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization and international division of labor, more and more industries gradually gather to some regions, thus forming "industrial clusters". The development of industrial clusters promotes the competitiveness of enterprises, regional competitiveness and national competitiveness. So as to promote the competitiveness of industrial clusters. After more than 30 years of reform and opening up, China has gradually formed a number of distinct characteristics of industrial clusters. Shishi clothing textile industry cluster, Anxi Oolong tea industry cluster, Dehua ceramic industry cluster, Quangang refining and chemical industry cluster. These industrial clusters play an important role in promoting the development of local economy. Accounting for 67.5 percent of the county's industrial output, it can be said that the ceramic industry has made a great contribution to the economic development of Dehua.
