【摘要】：正如今,國家政策及產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)等大環(huán)境都在調(diào)整和變革中,外貿(mào)轉(zhuǎn)型、制造業(yè)升級(jí)、服務(wù)業(yè)發(fā)展和促進(jìn)消費(fèi)成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展新常態(tài)。網(wǎng)絡(luò)經(jīng)濟(jì)是當(dāng)前市場(chǎng)最為活躍的組成,基于互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的創(chuàng)新模式不斷將傳統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用和服務(wù)重構(gòu)或再生,"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+外貿(mào)"便是其一�？缇畴娚痰臉I(yè)務(wù)類型政府當(dāng)前的跨境電商監(jiān)管原則選擇了"合規(guī)與適度",即在促進(jìn)跨境電商行業(yè)發(fā)展和鼓勵(lì)創(chuàng)新的前提下進(jìn)行監(jiān)管,監(jiān)管機(jī)制創(chuàng)新之上延續(xù)了傳統(tǒng)的外部多層次監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, the national policy and industrial structure are in the process of adjustment and transformation. The transformation of foreign trade, the upgrading of manufacturing industry, the development of service industry and the promotion of consumption have become the new normal of economic development. The network economy is the most active component of the current market. The innovation mode based on the Internet constantly reconstructs or regenerates the traditional application and service. "Internet foreign trade" is one of them. Business types of Cross-border ecommerce the Government's current regulatory principles for cross-border e-commerce choose "compliance and moderation", that is, regulation on the premise of promoting the development of the cross-border e-commerce industry and encouraging innovation. The innovation of supervision mechanism continues the traditional external multi-level supervision.
