C公司物流服務(wù)研究

【摘要】:伴隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,各個(gè)企業(yè)之間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也日趨激烈,面對(duì)激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),企業(yè)在提升自身競(jìng)爭(zhēng)實(shí)力的同時(shí),如何進(jìn)一步降低成本和提高效率也就成為各個(gè)企業(yè)最重要的目標(biāo)之一。以生產(chǎn)制造型企業(yè)為例,其核心業(yè)務(wù)一定是提高技術(shù)水平和降低生產(chǎn)成本,而對(duì)于企業(yè)的非核心業(yè)務(wù)之一的物流部分,現(xiàn)在越來(lái)越多的交付給專業(yè)的物流企業(yè)來(lái)完成,于是第三方物流企業(yè)也就越來(lái)越多的出現(xiàn)在人們的視野中,并且中國(guó)的第三方物流業(yè)務(wù)在近二十年中得到了迅速的發(fā)展。 在我國(guó)日趨激烈的物流市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,第三方物流服務(wù)的水平直接決定了第三方物流行業(yè)是否能夠得以健康穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展,這就需要找到并且建立一個(gè)良好的服務(wù)體制來(lái)進(jìn)一步完善第三方物流公司的服務(wù)水平,本文主要是通過(guò)分析第三方物流企業(yè)服務(wù)的特點(diǎn)和現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)目前存在的主要問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而分析問(wèn)題產(chǎn)生的原因和背景,最后給出改進(jìn)和完善的建議和策略。 本人有幸在第三方物流服務(wù)企業(yè)和其服務(wù)客戶公司有過(guò)工作經(jīng)歷,并且也是負(fù)責(zé)相關(guān)內(nèi)容,所以本人在查閱國(guó)內(nèi)外大量的第三方物流服務(wù)的文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)本文主要的研究對(duì)象C物流公司現(xiàn)有的第三方物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量存在的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和不足,借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的相關(guān)物流服務(wù)理論,對(duì)第三方物流公司(C公司)的服務(wù)進(jìn)行描述以及其服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行了重新修改,以層次分析法對(duì)第三方物流企業(yè)物流服務(wù)質(zhì)量進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),在這個(gè)基礎(chǔ)上探討了第三方物流企業(yè)在對(duì)客戶提供服務(wù)時(shí)如何增強(qiáng)服務(wù)水平和能力。最后,以C公司與其客戶公司合作為案例,利用該服務(wù)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)來(lái)找到存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而分析問(wèn)題存在的原因,從而構(gòu)建合理的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)來(lái)提出具有針對(duì)性的改進(jìn)意見(jiàn)和建議。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our economy, the competition among enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. In the face of fierce market competition, enterprises promote their own competitive strength at the same time. How to further reduce costs and improve efficiency has become one of the most important objectives of each enterprise. Take a manufacturing enterprise as an example, its core business must be to improve the technical level and reduce the production cost. For the logistics part of one of the enterprises' non-core business, more and more enterprises are now delivered to the specialized logistics enterprises to complete it. As a result, more and more third party logistics enterprises appear in people's view, and the third party logistics business in China has developed rapidly in the past twenty years. In the increasingly fierce competition of logistics market in our country, the level of third party logistics service directly determines whether the third party logistics industry can develop healthily and stably. This needs to find and establish a good service system to further improve the service level of third-party logistics companies. Then the causes and background of the problem are analyzed. Finally, suggestions and strategies for improvement and perfection are given. I am fortunate to have worked in the third party logistics service enterprise and its customer service company, and is also responsible for the relevant content, so I consult a large number of third party logistics services at home and abroad on the basis of literature. In view of the existing experience and deficiency of the third party logistics service quality of C logistics company, this paper draws lessons from the relevant logistics service theory at home and abroad. The service description of the third party logistics company (C company) and its service quality evaluation standard are revised, and the service quality of the third party logistics company is comprehensively evaluated by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). On this basis, this paper discusses how to enhance the service level and ability of the third party logistics enterprises in providing service to customers. Finally, taking C company and its client company as an example, using the service quality evaluation to find out the existing problems, and then analyze the reasons of the problems, and then construct a reasonable evaluation index to put forward targeted suggestions and suggestions.
