【摘要】：資本下鄉(xiāng)必須以尊重農(nóng)民意愿為前提。本文依據(jù)全國(guó)214個(gè)村3183位農(nóng)戶的調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),基于農(nóng)民個(gè)體特征、所處區(qū)域、家庭結(jié)構(gòu)、權(quán)益保障四個(gè)假設(shè),采用多元線性回歸對(duì)制約農(nóng)民資本下鄉(xiāng)意愿的因素進(jìn)行透視。研究結(jié)果表明:所處區(qū)域、個(gè)體特征和家庭結(jié)構(gòu)以及權(quán)益保障等因素都可以對(duì)農(nóng)民的資本下鄉(xiāng)意愿提供理論證偽。農(nóng)民職業(yè)、所處區(qū)域及權(quán)益保障度與資本下鄉(xiāng)的意愿呈正相關(guān),農(nóng)民文化程度與資本下鄉(xiāng)意愿存在呈負(fù)倚變關(guān)系。其中,農(nóng)民土地處置權(quán)的保障度是影響農(nóng)民資本下鄉(xiāng)意愿的主導(dǎo)誘因。研究模型為搭建資本下鄉(xiāng)與農(nóng)民權(quán)益的銜接橋梁提供政策啟迪意蘊(yùn)。
[Abstract]:Capital going to the countryside must be based on respecting the will of farmers. Based on the survey data of 3183 peasant households in 214 villages in China, based on the four hypotheses of individual characteristics, region, family structure and protection of rights and interests, this paper uses multiple linear regression to analyze the factors that restrict farmers' willingness to go to the countryside. The results show that the region, the individual characteristics, the family structure and the rights and interests guarantee can provide theoretical evidence for the peasants' willingness to go to the countryside. There is a positive correlation between the farmer's occupation, the area where he is located and the degree of guarantee of rights and interests and the willingness of the capital to go to the countryside, and the relationship between the peasant's education level and the willingness of capital to go to the countryside is negative. Among them, the guarantee degree of farmers' land disposal right is the leading inducement that affects peasants' capital to go to the countryside. The research model provides policy implications for building a bridge between capital going to the countryside and farmers' rights and interests.
