W公司房地產(chǎn)高級(jí)人才招聘項(xiàng)目的研究

【摘要】:自從中國(guó)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)的,中國(guó)告別福利分房,房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)得以迅速發(fā)展,同時(shí),房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)對(duì)于中高級(jí)人才的需求巨大。W公司是基于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的大市場(chǎng)需求而于2012年初成立的一家專業(yè)的咨詢管理公司,已經(jīng)開(kāi)展人力資源規(guī)劃管理和房地產(chǎn)企業(yè)的綜合管理咨詢,并且產(chǎn)生了利潤(rùn)。為了更好的服務(wù)于房地產(chǎn)企業(yè),提供一條龍服務(wù),擬成立新的項(xiàng)目部門:房地產(chǎn)人才獵頭服務(wù)事業(yè)部(簡(jiǎn)稱:ERP項(xiàng)目)。本論文首先利用戰(zhàn)略管理的相關(guān)理論來(lái)對(duì)于項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略性的分析定位:如利基理論、五力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)模型理論、SWOT分析理論、波士頓矩陣?yán)碚。具體的分析思路為:一、從房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)背景入手,依據(jù)波士頓理論及利基市場(chǎng)細(xì)分理論分析,得出此ERP項(xiàng)目可為公司明星產(chǎn)品,目標(biāo)市場(chǎng)為商業(yè)地產(chǎn)的中高級(jí)人才獵頭服務(wù)。二、根據(jù)獵頭行業(yè)及高級(jí)人才情況,依據(jù)波特五力模型分析及SWOT分析得出客戶及人才庫(kù)建立。三通過(guò)對(duì)于房地產(chǎn)高級(jí)人才招聘項(xiàng)目研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)一些企業(yè)招聘管理方面存在的問(wèn)題,提出可利用地產(chǎn)咨詢的客戶,推廣市場(chǎng)且提供專業(yè)的招聘服務(wù)及附加服務(wù)。經(jīng)過(guò)分析,廣州W公司在項(xiàng)目初創(chuàng)階段的戰(zhàn)略定位主要是專注于房地產(chǎn)行業(yè)商業(yè)地產(chǎn)為主,在廣東地區(qū)開(kāi)展業(yè)務(wù),目標(biāo)客戶定位于民營(yíng)房地產(chǎn)集團(tuán)公司中具有誠(chéng)信、支付能力、對(duì)中高級(jí)人才需求強(qiáng)烈、對(duì)價(jià)格不敏感但是對(duì)專業(yè)化服務(wù)有較高要求帶來(lái)持續(xù)訂單的公司。W公司成立人才獵頭事業(yè)部還需要做好供求關(guān)系,即客戶建立和人才來(lái)源,專業(yè)咨詢和人才服務(wù)互相帶動(dòng),附加人才報(bào)告和咨詢管理的戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向。同時(shí),該論文項(xiàng)目研究對(duì)于其它房地產(chǎn)咨詢的公司在發(fā)展方向上有一定的新啟示。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, China has bid farewell to welfare housing, and the real estate industry has developed rapidly. At the same time, The demand for middle and senior talent in real estate companies is huge. W is a professional consulting and management company founded in early 2012 based on the large market demand of real estate enterprises. Human resources planning and management and real estate enterprises have been integrated management consulting, and generated profits. In order to better serve real estate enterprises and provide one-stop service, a new project department is proposed: real estate talent headhunting service department. Firstly, this paper uses the relevant theories of strategic management to analyze the project strategically, such as niche theory, five-force competition model theory, SWOT analysis theory, Boston matrix theory. The specific analysis ideas are as follows: first, from the real estate industry background, according to Boston theory and niche market segmentation theory analysis, the ERP project can be for the company star products, the target market for commercial real estate talent headhunters service. Second, according to the headhunting industry and senior talent situation, according to Porter five forces model analysis and SWOT analysis, the establishment of customer and talent bank. Third, through the research on the project of recruiting senior talents in real estate, we find out the problems in the recruitment management of some enterprises, and put forward the clients who can make use of the real estate consulting, promote the market and provide professional recruitment services and additional services. After analysis, the strategic orientation of Guangzhou W Company in the initial stage of the project is mainly focused on commercial real estate in the real estate industry, business in Guangdong region, the target customers are located in the private real estate group companies with integrity, ability to pay, The company that has strong demand for middle and senior talents, is not sensitive to price but has higher demand for specialized service, and which brings continuous orders, also needs to do a good job of supply and demand, that is, customer establishment and talent source. Professional consulting and talent service lead each other, additional talent reporting and consulting management strategic development direction. At the same time, this paper project research has certain new enlightenment to other real estate consulting companies in the direction of development.
