【摘要】：正江蘇是我國經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)達(dá)省份,同時(shí)也是人口老齡化程度最為嚴(yán)重的省份之一。早在1986年,江蘇就進(jìn)入了人口老齡化社會(huì),比全國提前14年。伴隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)快速發(fā)展,江蘇人口結(jié)構(gòu)將持續(xù)老化。2010年全國第六次人口普查數(shù)據(jù)顯示,江蘇65歲及以上人口占總?cè)丝诘谋戎匾呀?jīng)達(dá)到10.89%,比第五次人口普查時(shí)上升了2個(gè)百分點(diǎn),這勢(shì)必對(duì)江蘇經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)產(chǎn)生重大而深遠(yuǎn)的影響。本文主要基于六普數(shù)據(jù),在對(duì)江蘇人口預(yù)測(cè)的基礎(chǔ)上,圍繞影響勞動(dòng)力供給的勞動(dòng)年齡人口規(guī)模、勞動(dòng)力
[Abstract]:Jiangsu is one of the economically and socially developed provinces in China and one of the provinces with the most aging population. As early as 1986, Jiangsu entered an aging population, 14 years earlier than the country. With the rapid economic and social development, Jiangsu's population structure will continue to age. The proportion of Jiangsu's population aged 65 and over in the total population has reached 10.89, which is 2 percentage points higher than when the fifth census was conducted, which is bound to have a significant and far-reaching impact on Jiangsu's economy and society. This paper is mainly based on the six popular data, on the basis of the population forecast of Jiangsu Province, around the size of the working-age population, labor force, which affect the supply of labor force.
