中國物流低碳化發(fā)展的機(jī)理研究

【摘要】:物流業(yè)已是中國進(jìn)行“低碳革命”的重點(diǎn)行業(yè)之一。隨著物流行業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展壯大,物流業(yè)低碳化的任務(wù)日益加重!暗吞肌弊鳛槲锪鳂I(yè)發(fā)展的方向,物流企業(yè)只有盡早完成低碳化轉(zhuǎn)型,才能具有行業(yè)競爭優(yōu)勢。 然而物流業(yè)低碳化轉(zhuǎn)型之前,首先需要了解中國物流業(yè)碳排放處于“高碳”階段還是“低碳”階段,這將為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)中國物流業(yè)低碳化轉(zhuǎn)型提供基礎(chǔ);其次,在統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)缺乏的情況下,如何利用實(shí)際案例展開物流低碳化轉(zhuǎn)型研究;最后,高碳物流向低碳物流轉(zhuǎn)型的機(jī)理有待深入探討。因此,有必要深入開展低碳物流研究。 本文運(yùn)用模型分析法、案例分析法等,研究了中國物流低碳化轉(zhuǎn)型問題。主要回答了中國物流碳排放現(xiàn)狀、如何推動實(shí)際案例進(jìn)一步發(fā)展“低碳物流”、以系統(tǒng)性的角度探索“低碳物流”轉(zhuǎn)型機(jī)理等問題。通過低碳物流研究,得出以下結(jié)論:(1)中國物流業(yè)的發(fā)展處于“高碳物流”階段。(2)義烏物流聯(lián)托運(yùn)模式的發(fā)展、阿里巴巴物流的發(fā)展體現(xiàn)出了“相對低碳”的特征,路程、倉儲大小、運(yùn)作效率是影響物流碳排放量的關(guān)鍵因素,從這三個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素出發(fā),義烏物流聯(lián)托運(yùn)模式、阿里巴巴物流有進(jìn)一步低碳化發(fā)展的可能。(3)以三個(gè)關(guān)鍵因素為核心,以系統(tǒng)性角度為切入點(diǎn),探索“低碳物流”轉(zhuǎn)型機(jī)理,在子系統(tǒng)分析中,各子系統(tǒng)情形的改善基于促進(jìn)物流系統(tǒng)碳排放量的減少;在企業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)分析中提出“碳”競爭能力概念,認(rèn)為企業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)三因素組合的功能總是比不組合的功能要強(qiáng),路程、運(yùn)作效率減碳作用更明顯,倉儲大小則稍弱;在物流業(yè)系統(tǒng)分析中,認(rèn)為無論從短期還是長期來看,低碳物流的發(fā)展離不開政府的支持。(4)提出了進(jìn)行物流專業(yè)規(guī)劃,推動物流業(yè)碳減排;提高物流“碳”競爭能力,積極推進(jìn)物流轉(zhuǎn)型;加強(qiáng)物流技術(shù)創(chuàng)新,促進(jìn)低碳物流發(fā)展;區(qū)別對待物流模式,探索低碳物流發(fā)展;引領(lǐng)低碳物流發(fā)展,限制高碳物流增長對策建議。 本文可能的創(chuàng)新點(diǎn),一是以義烏物流、阿里物流為案例,構(gòu)建了低碳物流函數(shù):Δ=(IR-IC)+(XR-XC)、XR-XC=δ(Q0-Q1)、Q=αL+βC-γX+a,指出路程、倉儲大小、運(yùn)作效率是影響物流碳排放量的關(guān)鍵因素,然后進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,證明義烏物流、阿里物流的“相對低碳”,最后進(jìn)行規(guī)范分析,提出推動義烏低碳物流、阿里低碳物流發(fā)展的建議。整個(gè)案例的思路是從絕對高碳到相對低碳進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,再從相對低碳轉(zhuǎn)向絕對低碳進(jìn)行規(guī)范分析。二是以系統(tǒng)性的角度探索了高碳物流向低碳物流的轉(zhuǎn)型機(jī)理并提出“碳”競爭能力的概念,經(jīng)分析認(rèn)為:企業(yè)物流系統(tǒng)三因素組合的功能總是比不組合的功能要強(qiáng),,路程、運(yùn)作效率減碳作用更明顯,倉儲大小則稍弱。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry has been China's "low-carbon revolution" one of the key industries. With the development of logistics industry, the task of low-carbonization in logistics industry is becoming more and more serious. "low carbon" is the direction of logistics industry development. Logistics enterprises can have competitive advantage only by completing low-carbon transformation as soon as possible. However, before the low-carbon transformation of the logistics industry, it is necessary to first understand whether the carbon emissions of China's logistics industry are at the "high carbon" stage or the "low carbon" stage, which will provide the basis for further promoting the low-carbon transformation of the Chinese logistics industry. In the absence of statistical data, how to make use of actual cases to carry out logistics low-carbon transformation research; finally, the mechanism of transition from high-carbon logistics to low-carbon logistics needs to be deeply discussed. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out further research on low-carbon logistics. In this paper, model analysis and case analysis are used to study the low-carbonization transition of logistics in China. This paper mainly answers the current situation of carbon emission in logistics in China, how to promote the further development of low-carbon logistics in practical cases, and to explore the transformation mechanism of low-carbon logistics from a systematic perspective. Through the research of low carbon logistics, the following conclusions are drawn: (1) the development of logistics industry in China is at the stage of "high carbon logistics". (2) the development of Yiwu logistics joint consignment mode and the development of Alibaba logistics reflect the characteristics of "relatively low carbon". The storage size and operation efficiency are the key factors that affect the carbon emissions of logistics. From these three key factors, Yiwu logistics transportation mode, Alibaba logistics has the possibility of further low carbonization development. (3) three key factors are the core. The transformation mechanism of "low carbon logistics" is explored from a systematic point of view. In the analysis of subsystems, the improvement of the situation of each subsystem is based on promoting the reduction of carbon emissions of logistics system. In the analysis of enterprise logistics system, the concept of "carbon" competitiveness is put forward. It is considered that the function of the combination of three factors of enterprise logistics system is always stronger than that of non-combination. In the system analysis of logistics industry, it is believed that the development of low-carbon logistics can not be developed without the support of the government in the short or long term. (4) the paper puts forward a professional plan for logistics to promote carbon emission reduction in logistics industry, and improve the competitiveness of logistics "carbon". Actively promote logistics transformation; strengthen logistics technology innovation to promote the development of low-carbon logistics; treat logistics differently, explore low-carbon logistics development; lead the development of low-carbon logistics, limit the growth of high-carbon logistics countermeasures. First, taking Yiwu logistics and Ali logistics as examples, the paper constructs a low carbon logistics function: 螖 = (IR-IC) (XR-XC) XR-XC = 未 (Q0-Q1) QQ = 偽 L 尾 C- 緯 Xa. it is pointed out that storage size and operation efficiency are the key factors affecting logistics carbon emissions, and then empirical analysis is carried out. Prove Yiwu logistics, Ali logistics "relatively low carbon", finally carry on normative analysis, put forward to promote Yiwu low carbon logistics, Ali low carbon logistics development suggestion. The idea of the whole case is from absolute high carbon to relatively low carbon empirical analysis, and then from relatively low carbon to absolute low carbon normative analysis. The second is to explore the transition mechanism of high carbon logistics to low carbon logistics from a systematic perspective and put forward the concept of "carbon" competitiveness. The analysis shows that the function of the three factors combination of enterprise logistics system is always stronger than that of non-combination. The operation efficiency carbon reduction effect is more obvious, the storage size is slightly weak.
