網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織知識共享決策的演化博弈分析

【摘要】:在全球化和知識經(jīng)濟(jì)的背景下,知識逐漸成為企業(yè)的核心戰(zhàn)略資源,越來越多的企業(yè)傾向于和擁有不同知識資源優(yōu)勢的企業(yè)進(jìn)行各種合作,有時(shí)候甚至?xí)Y(jié)成企業(yè)聯(lián)盟來提高自身的核心競爭力和對瞬息萬變的環(huán)境的適應(yīng)力。與眾多組織進(jìn)行知識合作成為了諸多企業(yè)提升自身競爭力的強(qiáng)有力的手段,這其中知識共享無疑是最便捷的手段之一。網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織作為一種精簡高效,靈活性極高的組織形式,在當(dāng)今復(fù)雜多變的組織環(huán)境中有很強(qiáng)的生命力。從知識的角度看,網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織成員擁有的各種知識包括技術(shù)資源和信息等在本質(zhì)上組成了一個(gè)緊密聯(lián)系的知識價(jià)值網(wǎng)絡(luò),該網(wǎng)絡(luò)是企業(yè)從外部獲取知識的源泉。如何通過知識共享獲取更多的知識,增加各自的知識存量從而提升企業(yè)的核心競爭力,是極有研究價(jià)值的課題。 但是由于網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織的復(fù)雜性和不穩(wěn)定性,網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織的知識共享面臨著風(fēng)險(xiǎn)與沖突問題。利己主義,組織環(huán)境的不確定及成員間關(guān)系的不穩(wěn)定型制約著網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織進(jìn)行有效的知識共享。基于上述原因,各成員企業(yè)在制定知識共享決策時(shí)并不能獲得和決策制定有關(guān)的所有信息,所以這是在不完全信息和有限理性下的決策制定問題。 本文首先在對知識、知識管理及知識共享和演化博弈論的相關(guān)知識進(jìn)行文獻(xiàn)綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)了目前與本課題相關(guān)的一些研究。然后,又從知識溢出——知識消化與吸收——知識再溢出的研究角度出發(fā),分析了網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織的知識共享過程,從而構(gòu)建了一個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織成員間知識共享過程的理論模型,在此基礎(chǔ)上再結(jié)合前人研究成果,基于該模型提出了影響知識共享的因素。從而建立了網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織知識共享決策的非對稱復(fù)制動(dòng)態(tài)演化博弈模型,并通過考察一些相關(guān)因素對知識共享決策的影響作用,揭示了網(wǎng)絡(luò)型組織知識共享的內(nèi)在機(jī)制并進(jìn)一步揭示了其動(dòng)態(tài)演化過程,然后探討并通過調(diào)整各影響參數(shù)的取值實(shí)現(xiàn)最優(yōu)演化穩(wěn)定策略,依據(jù)演化穩(wěn)定策略為各企業(yè)制定出最優(yōu)決策,最后為提升組織知識共享收益提出建議。
[Abstract]:Under the background of globalization and knowledge economy, knowledge has gradually become the core strategic resource of enterprises. More and more enterprises tend to cooperate with enterprises with different advantages of knowledge resources. Sometimes even corporate alliances are formed to improve their core competitiveness and adaptability to rapidly changing environments. Knowledge cooperation with many organizations has become a powerful means for many enterprises to enhance their own competitiveness, in which knowledge sharing is undoubtedly one of the most convenient means. As a simplified and highly flexible organization, network organization has strong vitality in the complex and changeable organizational environment. From the point of view of knowledge, all kinds of knowledge, including technical resources and information, have formed a closely related knowledge value network, which is the source for enterprises to acquire knowledge from outside. How to acquire more knowledge through knowledge sharing and increase the amount of knowledge in order to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is a topic of great value. However, because of the complexity and instability of network organization, knowledge sharing of network organization is faced with the problem of risk and conflict. Egoism, uncertainty of organizational environment and instability of relations between members restrict the effective knowledge sharing of network organizations. Because of the above reasons, the member enterprises can not obtain all the information related to the decision making when they make the knowledge sharing decision, so this is a decision making problem under incomplete information and limited rationality. Firstly, based on the literature review of knowledge, knowledge management, knowledge sharing and evolutionary game theory, this paper summarizes some research related to this topic. Then, from the point of view of knowledge spillover, knowledge digestion and knowledge re-spillover, this paper analyzes the process of knowledge sharing in network organization, and constructs a theoretical model of knowledge sharing process among members of network organization. On this basis, combined with the previous research results, the factors affecting knowledge sharing are put forward based on the model. Thus, the dynamic evolutionary game model of asymmetric replication of knowledge sharing decision in network organization is established, and the influence of some related factors on knowledge sharing decision is investigated. This paper reveals the internal mechanism of knowledge sharing in network organizations and further reveals its dynamic evolution process. Then it discusses and realizes the optimal evolutionary stability strategy by adjusting the values of each parameter. According to the evolutionary stabilization strategy, the optimal decision is made for the enterprises, and the suggestions are put forward to improve the organizational knowledge sharing benefits.
