【摘要】：物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群是物流企業(yè)和其他產(chǎn)業(yè)的聚集地，其發(fā)展符合產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的需要。由于傳統(tǒng)物流園區(qū)的運(yùn)作模式逐漸向物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群模式轉(zhuǎn)型，園區(qū)內(nèi)的社會(huì)資本的流動(dòng)以及資源整合過程都發(fā)生了變化，因此對(duì)商業(yè)模式的管理理念和運(yùn)作形式進(jìn)行創(chuàng)新性研究顯得尤為重要，只有符合時(shí)代要求的商業(yè)模式才能更好地促進(jìn)物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的發(fā)展，以便推動(dòng)物流行業(yè)及區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。 從以往的研究來(lái)看，并沒有專門針對(duì)物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群商業(yè)模式進(jìn)行研究的文獻(xiàn)，但已經(jīng)存在一些對(duì)物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群形成、建設(shè)和規(guī)劃的研究，也有對(duì)其他行業(yè)（如物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、物流公共信息平臺(tái)等）商業(yè)模式體系的研究。鑒于目前學(xué)界和企業(yè)界對(duì)商業(yè)模式的重要關(guān)注度，以及物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群對(duì)促進(jìn)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的重要作用，本文對(duì)物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的商業(yè)模式體系進(jìn)了研究。 本文首先闡述了產(chǎn)業(yè)集群、社會(huì)資本和價(jià)值鏈理論，并賦予物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群新的內(nèi)涵；其次，在物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群商業(yè)模式內(nèi)外部影響系統(tǒng)分析的基礎(chǔ)上，提出商業(yè)模式的運(yùn)作形式是圍繞物流、信息流、價(jià)值流、資金流和商流的運(yùn)作而進(jìn)行管理和創(chuàng)新；再次，借助定量和案例分析方法，對(duì)商業(yè)模式的關(guān)鍵影響因素進(jìn)行分析，通過信度、均值和因子分析獲取關(guān)鍵影響因子和指標(biāo)，并對(duì)廣州LN物流園進(jìn)行案例分析，，以說明關(guān)鍵影響因素的重要性和實(shí)踐性；最后，給出物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群商業(yè)模式的發(fā)展策略。 本文的研究結(jié)果如下：物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群商業(yè)模式的關(guān)鍵影響因子為物流、信息流、價(jià)值流、資金流和商流，而每個(gè)因子中影響程度最高的指標(biāo)分別為基礎(chǔ)條件完善性、信息服務(wù)質(zhì)量及傳遞效率、園區(qū)企業(yè)間的信任與合作機(jī)制、園區(qū)經(jīng)營(yíng)總支出占總收入比重和商品的流通速度；此外，價(jià)值鏈的管理是商業(yè)模式運(yùn)作的核心內(nèi)容，而社會(huì)資本的形成和流動(dòng)在物流園區(qū)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群發(fā)展中日趨重要，因此物流園區(qū)的經(jīng)營(yíng)和管理者要重視商業(yè)模式的革新。
[Abstract]:The industrial cluster of logistics park is the gathering place of logistics enterprises and other industries, and its development accords with the need of industrial transformation and upgrading. As the operation mode of the traditional logistics park has gradually changed to the industrial cluster model of the logistics park, the social capital flow and the process of resource integration in the park have all changed. Therefore, it is very important to study the management concept and operation form of the business model. Only the business model that meets the requirements of the times can better promote the development of the logistics park industry cluster. In order to promote the development of logistics industry and regional economy. From the previous studies, there is no literature on the business model of logistics industrial clusters, but there are some researches on the formation, construction and planning of logistics industrial clusters, as well as on other industries (such as the Internet of things). Logistics public information platform, etc.) the study of business model system. In view of the current academic and business attention to the business model, as well as the important role of logistics park industrial cluster in promoting regional economic development, this paper studies the business model system of logistics park industrial cluster. This paper firstly expounds the theory of industrial cluster, social capital and value chain, and endows the logistics park with new connotation of industrial cluster. Secondly, on the basis of the systematic analysis of the internal and external influence of the business model of logistics park industrial cluster, It is put forward that the operation form of business model is to manage and innovate the operation of logistics, information flow, value flow, capital flow and business flow. Thirdly, with the help of quantitative analysis and case analysis, the paper analyzes the key influencing factors of business model. Through reliability, mean and factor analysis to obtain the key impact factors and indicators, and Guangzhou LN logistics park case study to illustrate the importance and practicality of the key factors; finally, The development strategy of industrial cluster business model of logistics park is given. The results are as follows: logistics, information flow, value flow, capital flow and commercial flow are the key influencing factors of the industrial cluster business model of logistics park, and the most influential index of each factor is the perfection of basic conditions. The quality of information service and transmission efficiency, trust and cooperation mechanism among enterprises, the proportion of total operating expenses to total revenue and the speed of circulation of commodities, in addition, the management of value chain is the core content of business model operation. The formation and flow of social capital is becoming more and more important in the development of logistics park industrial cluster, so the management and management of logistics park should attach importance to the innovation of business model.
