【摘要】:當(dāng)今,隨著業(yè)務(wù)需求的快速變化和信息技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,物流企業(yè)對(duì)IT的投入越來(lái)越多,而IT的投入究竟帶來(lái)了什么價(jià)值呢?如何客觀的評(píng)價(jià)其價(jià)值呢?由于我國(guó)信息系統(tǒng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)還處于起步階段,大部分的物流企業(yè)對(duì)于IT的評(píng)價(jià)是以直接效益為評(píng)價(jià)目標(biāo),缺乏一套科學(xué)客觀的評(píng)價(jià)體系,在這種情況下,針對(duì)某物流企業(yè)建立一套科學(xué)的信息系統(tǒng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)體系,對(duì)我國(guó)物流行業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。 因此,本文首先利用文獻(xiàn)法研究國(guó)內(nèi)外信息系統(tǒng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)的現(xiàn)狀及不足,在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)比國(guó)內(nèi)外常用信息系統(tǒng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)模型的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),選取適合本文研究的績(jī)效模型即平衡計(jì)分卡模型,接著結(jié)合物流行業(yè)的環(huán)境、企業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)、信息化規(guī)劃目標(biāo)的實(shí)際情況對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)模型的體系特征進(jìn)行分析,從IT價(jià)值貢獻(xiàn)度、內(nèi)部客戶滿意度、IT內(nèi)部流程、IT創(chuàng)新和發(fā)展四個(gè)層面構(gòu)建一套針對(duì)某物流企業(yè)的績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)通用體系,并利用層次分析法確定指標(biāo)的各權(quán)重,結(jié)合模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。最后以ZWGD公司為例進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究。 本文主要研究成果:(1)針對(duì)某物流企業(yè),構(gòu)建了一套信息系統(tǒng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)通用指標(biāo)體系,并采用層次分析法,準(zhǔn)確確定各指標(biāo)的權(quán)重;采用模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法,科學(xué)合理地確定結(jié)果。(2)ZWGD公司JX信息系統(tǒng)的實(shí)證研究表明,本文的應(yīng)用方法是可行的。(3)對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析描述并提出改善建議。結(jié)果表明,此套體系和方法,,具有很強(qiáng)的實(shí)踐性和操作性,也可為其他企業(yè)信息系統(tǒng)績(jī)效評(píng)價(jià)提供思路。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, with the rapid change of business demand and the continuous development of information technology, logistics enterprises are investing more and more in IT, and what value does IT investment bring? How to evaluate its value objectively? Because the performance evaluation of information system in our country is still in its infancy, most logistics enterprises take direct benefit as the evaluation target, and lack a set of scientific and objective evaluation system, in this case, It is of great significance for the development of logistics industry to establish a set of scientific information system performance evaluation system for a logistics enterprise. Therefore, this paper first uses the literature method to study the present situation and the insufficiency of the information system performance evaluation at home and abroad, and then compares the advantages and disadvantages of the common information system performance evaluation models at home and abroad. This paper selects the performance model that is the balanced Scorecard model which is suitable for the research in this paper, then analyzes the system characteristics of the evaluation model by combining the environment of logistics industry, the strategic objectives of enterprises and the actual situation of information planning objectives, and analyzes the contribution of IT value to the evaluation model. Internal customer satisfaction and IT internal process innovation and development four levels to build a general performance evaluation system for a logistics enterprise, and use AHP to determine the weights of indicators, combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for comprehensive evaluation. Finally, take ZWGD company as an example to carry on the empirical research. The main research result of this paper is: (1) aiming at a logistics enterprise, a set of general index system of information system performance evaluation is constructed, and the weight of each index is accurately determined by analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is adopted. The empirical study on JX information system of ZWGD company shows that the application method of this paper is feasible. It is feasible to analyze and describe the evaluation results and put forward some suggestions for improvement. The results show that the system and method have strong practicability and maneuverability, and can also provide ideas for performance evaluation of other enterprise information systems.
