【摘要】：發(fā)展綠色建筑是當(dāng)今世界建筑領(lǐng)域的潮流和趨勢(shì),也是符合我國(guó)城市建設(shè)發(fā)展要求的必然舉措。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)的城市化進(jìn)程正加速發(fā)展,建設(shè)工程遍布城鄉(xiāng)各地。與此同時(shí),城市化進(jìn)程也暴露出一系列攸關(guān)社會(huì)、經(jīng)濟(jì)及民生的突出問(wèn)題,例如資源浪費(fèi)、環(huán)境污染、生態(tài)失衡等。而走綠色建筑發(fā)展之路,可在資源節(jié)約、環(huán)境保護(hù)、人居改善方面取得顯著成效,為我國(guó)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)尤其是建設(shè)領(lǐng)域提供可持續(xù)的發(fā)展方向。而目前,我國(guó)綠色建筑的發(fā)展主要還依賴(lài)于政府通過(guò)行政命令手段推動(dòng),尚未實(shí)現(xiàn)通過(guò)市場(chǎng)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化來(lái)配置資源的調(diào)控方式及相關(guān)政策推動(dòng)發(fā)展。因此,為了加快我國(guó)綠色建筑的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展,就要轉(zhuǎn)變綠色建筑發(fā)展的傳統(tǒng)觀念,通過(guò)以市場(chǎng)規(guī)律為指導(dǎo),改進(jìn)綠色建筑的管理方式,實(shí)現(xiàn)綠色建筑發(fā)展的市場(chǎng)化、產(chǎn)業(yè)化。 基于上述背景,本文首先闡述了在市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)條件下,應(yīng)通過(guò)對(duì)綠色建筑管理方式進(jìn)行改進(jìn)和完善,使其與市場(chǎng)規(guī)律相適應(yīng),以此加快促進(jìn)綠色建筑發(fā)展。接著對(duì)本文在綠色建筑市場(chǎng)化管理研究中所采用的理論依據(jù)進(jìn)行了分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上著重對(duì)綠色建筑市場(chǎng)化管理體系進(jìn)行了研究,探討如何完善和發(fā)展綠色建筑市場(chǎng)化管理體系,使之更好地服務(wù)于我國(guó)綠色建筑市場(chǎng)的發(fā)展。最后,對(duì)利用市場(chǎng)化管理手段促進(jìn)我國(guó)綠色建筑的發(fā)展提出相關(guān)的建議。
[Abstract]:The development of green architecture is the trend and trend in the field of architecture in the world today, and it is also an inevitable measure to meet the requirements of the development of urban construction in China. At present, China's urbanization process is accelerating development, construction projects all over the urban and rural areas. At the same time, the process of urbanization also exposed a series of social, economic and livelihood issues, such as waste of resources, environmental pollution, ecological imbalance and so on. Taking the road of green building development can achieve remarkable results in resource saving, environmental protection and human settlement improvement, and provide a sustainable development direction for our country's social economy, especially in the field of construction. At present, the development of green building in our country mainly depends on the government to promote by means of administrative order, and has not yet realized the regulation and control mode and related policies to promote the development through the marketization and industrialization of the allocation of resources. Therefore, in order to speed up the further development of green building in China, we should change the traditional concept of green building development, improve the management mode of green building under the guidance of market law, realize the marketization and industrialization of green building development. Based on the above background, this paper first expounds that under the condition of market economy, we should improve and perfect the management mode of green building so as to adapt it to the law of market so as to accelerate the development of green building. Then the paper analyzes the theoretical basis used in the research of green building market-oriented management, and on this basis, focuses on the study of green building market-oriented management system. This paper discusses how to perfect and develop the market-oriented management system of green building so as to better serve the development of green building market in China. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of green buildings by means of market-oriented management.
