【摘要】：構(gòu)建一個(gè)帶有區(qū)域化特征的兩國三區(qū)域自由資本模型,采用數(shù)值模擬的方法,分析狹義自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的國內(nèi)、國外的直接投資與產(chǎn)業(yè)區(qū)位轉(zhuǎn)移效應(yīng);然后,放松模型在經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模和貿(mào)易成本上的對稱性假設(shè),探討中國的自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)區(qū)構(gòu)建策略。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):由于本地市場效應(yīng),上海自貿(mào)區(qū)建立會引發(fā)產(chǎn)業(yè)從國內(nèi)外未實(shí)行自由貿(mào)易區(qū)的地區(qū)向上海自貿(mào)區(qū)轉(zhuǎn)移,其程度取決于各區(qū)域的經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)模和貿(mào)易自由度;上海自貿(mào)區(qū)改革,短期內(nèi)改革力度是關(guān)鍵,長期中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制是重點(diǎn);在多個(gè)地區(qū)設(shè)立自貿(mào)區(qū)會引起區(qū)域間的福利競爭;在最早提交自貿(mào)區(qū)設(shè)立申請的城市中,依據(jù)不同情況,深圳、天津?yàn)橄鄳?yīng)的最佳選擇。
[Abstract]:This paper constructs a three regional free capital model with regionalized characteristics, and uses numerical simulation method to analyze the domestic, foreign direct investment and industrial location transfer effect in the narrow sense free trade area, and then, to relax the symmetry hypothesis of the model on the economic scale and trade cost, and discuss the construction of China's free trade test area. The study found that, because of the local market effect, the establishment of the Shanghai free trade area will lead to the transfer of the industry from the free trade zone at home and abroad to the Shanghai free trade area, the extent of which depends on the economic scale and trade freedom of the regions; the reform of the Shanghai free trade area is the key to the short-term reform, and the long-term risk control is the key point; The establishment of a free trade zone in many regions will cause regional welfare competition; in the earliest cities submitted to the free trade area, Shenzhen and Tianjin will be the best choice according to different circumstances.
