【摘要】：近年來(lái),隨著區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚現(xiàn)象逐漸顯現(xiàn),并在推動(dòng)區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展以及提升區(qū)域旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)綜合實(shí)力等方面具有不可替代的作用和意義。在區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的推動(dòng)下,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚得以形成和發(fā)展,而區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展中,旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚又為其提供強(qiáng)大的動(dòng)力,兩者相輔相成、相互推進(jìn),從而使得兩者保持和諧的關(guān)系,并走上相互協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路。但遺憾的是,目前這方面的研究還比較缺乏,多停留在簡(jiǎn)單的數(shù)據(jù)描述或問(wèn)題闡述等層面上。 基于此,本論文在回顧國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究的基礎(chǔ)上,以物理學(xué)的耦合關(guān)系為研究切入點(diǎn),一方面,從理論層面上剖析了旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合的作用機(jī)理以及兩者耦合的時(shí)空規(guī)律；另一方面,從實(shí)證層面上對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合關(guān)系的指標(biāo)體系以及測(cè)度模型進(jìn)行構(gòu)建,并通過(guò)數(shù)據(jù)資料的測(cè)算,得出能夠評(píng)價(jià)洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合關(guān)系的相關(guān)結(jié)果,進(jìn)而建立計(jì)量模型,對(duì)影響洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合關(guān)系的因素進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果表明：(1)通過(guò)對(duì)2005-2012年洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合度和耦合協(xié)調(diào)度的分析,得出8年來(lái)洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的耦合度和耦合協(xié)調(diào)度都基本上處于一個(gè)上升的趨勢(shì),雖有波動(dòng),但是波動(dòng)情況都較為平穩(wěn)；(2)通過(guò)對(duì)2005-2012年洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)綜合指數(shù)比值以及耦合協(xié)調(diào)度的分析,得出8年來(lái)洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的耦合發(fā)展類型逐年向高水平發(fā)展；(3)通過(guò)對(duì)影響洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合關(guān)系的因素分析,得出規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)和門票經(jīng)濟(jì)是核心、關(guān)鍵的因素,政府管理和旅游資源有較大影響,而人力資源和基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的影響不是特別明顯,可以忽略其影響。最后，，在理論和實(shí)證分析的基礎(chǔ)上,針對(duì)洛陽(yáng)市旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚與區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)耦合發(fā)展的情況提出了相應(yīng)的對(duì)策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of regional tourism industry, the phenomenon of tourism industry agglomeration gradually appears, and it plays an irreplaceable role and significance in promoting regional economic development and promoting the comprehensive strength of regional tourism industry. Under the promotion of regional economy, tourism industry agglomeration can be formed and developed. In the development of regional economy, tourism industry agglomeration provides a powerful motive force for tourism industry agglomeration. They complement each other and push forward each other, thus making the two maintain a harmonious relationship. And embark on the path of mutually coordinated and sustainable development. Unfortunately, there is still a lack of research in this field, which is mostly on the level of simple data description or problem description. Based on this, on the basis of reviewing the relevant research at home and abroad, this paper takes the coupling relation of physics as the starting point. On the one hand, The paper analyzes the mechanism of tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy coupling and the space-time law of the two coupling from the theoretical level; on the other hand, The index system and measurement model for evaluating the coupling relationship between tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy are constructed from the empirical level, and the data are measured. The relevant results can be obtained to evaluate the coupling relationship between tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy in Luoyang, and then the econometric model is established to analyze the factors that affect the coupling relationship between tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy in Luoyang. The results show that the degree of coupling and coordination between tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy in Luoyang City from 2005 to 2012 is analyzed. It is concluded that the degree of coupling and coordination between tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy in Luoyang City in the past eight years is basically on the rise, although there are fluctuations, However, the fluctuation is relatively stable. (2) through the analysis of the ratio of tourism industry agglomeration to the regional economic composite index and the degree of coupling and coordination between 2005 and 2012 in Luoyang, The paper draws the conclusion that the coupling development type of tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy in Luoyang city has developed to a high level year by year in the past eight years) by analyzing the factors influencing the coupling relationship between tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy in Luoyang City. It is concluded that scale economy and ticket economy are the core, the key factors, government management and tourism resources have a greater impact, but the impact of human resources and infrastructure is not particularly obvious, can be ignored. Finally, on the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the coupling development of tourism industry agglomeration and regional economy in Luoyang.
