【摘要】：物流園區(qū)是伴隨著現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展而出現(xiàn)的,作為物流系統(tǒng)的重要節(jié)點之一,物流園區(qū)在促進物流業(yè)發(fā)展的社會化、集約化、專業(yè)化方面發(fā)揮著日益重要的作用。 雖然國際國內(nèi)已經(jīng)有了不少關(guān)于物流園區(qū)建設(shè)方面的理論及實踐,但是關(guān)于商貿(mào)物流,尤其是關(guān)于有內(nèi)河航運能力的地方城市的商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)的理論指導和實踐經(jīng)驗比較缺乏。因此,希望本文的研究成果為以后的濟寧運河商貿(mào)物流園區(qū)的規(guī)劃建設(shè)提供一些幫助。 本文對國內(nèi)外物流園區(qū)規(guī)劃建設(shè)的系統(tǒng)理論進行了分析和總結(jié),又經(jīng)過幾個月的省內(nèi)省外商貿(mào)型物流園區(qū)的實地調(diào)查之后了解到,在濟寧規(guī)劃建設(shè)運河商貿(mào)物流園區(qū),對增強山東省的內(nèi)河航運實力,對濟寧中心城區(qū)商貿(mào)總體格局意義重大,將有效拉動濟寧西部城區(qū)快速崛起,帶動濟寧市域經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,增強城市區(qū)域綜合競爭力。 本文從基礎(chǔ)理論著手,首先對物流園區(qū)、商貿(mào)物流園區(qū)的基本概念和物流園區(qū)的類型進行了介紹；其次,對我國商貿(mào)物流園區(qū)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢進行了分析；然后,運用SWOT分析法濟寧市商貿(mào)物流業(yè)的發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)進行分析,確定了濟寧市建設(shè)運河商貿(mào)物流園區(qū)的思路和發(fā)展重點。最后,通過定性分析的方法,對濟寧運河物流園區(qū)節(jié)點分布和運輸系統(tǒng)進行了分析與規(guī)劃。
[Abstract]:Logistics Park appears with the development of modern logistics industry. As one of the important nodes of logistics system, Logistics Park plays an increasingly important role in promoting the socialization, intensification and specialization of logistics industry. Although there have been many theories and practices on the construction of logistics parks at home and abroad, but on trade and logistics, Especially, the theoretical guidance and practical experience of the commercial logistics park in local cities with inland water shipping capacity are relatively lacking. Therefore, I hope that the research results of this paper will provide some help for the planning and construction of Jining Canal Trade Logistics Park. This paper analyzes and summarizes the systematic theory of the planning and construction of the logistics park at home and abroad, and after several months of field investigation of the commercial logistics park in the province and outside the province, finds out that the planning and construction of the canal trade logistics park in Jining, It is of great significance to strengthen the strength of inland water shipping in Shandong Province and to the overall pattern of commerce and commerce in the central city of Jining. It will effectively promote the rapid rise of the western city of Jining, promote the rapid development of the regional economy of Jining, and enhance the comprehensive competitiveness of the urban area. Based on the basic theory, this paper first introduces the basic concepts of logistics park, trade logistics park and the type of logistics park; secondly, analyzes the current situation and development trend of our country's trade logistics park; then, Based on the analysis of the development basis of the trade logistics industry in Jining by SWOT analysis, this paper determines the train of thought and the key development of the construction of the Canal Trade Logistics Park in Jining. Finally, through qualitative analysis, the node distribution and transportation system of Jining Canal Logistics Park are analyzed and planned.
