【摘要】：作為基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)一直是關(guān)系糧食安全、人民生存以及國家安定的重要因素�；首鳛樽钪匾霓r(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)資料之一,不僅有效的提升了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的效率和質(zhì)量,也是實現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)可續(xù)發(fā)展的重要舉措�；饰锪鳈C制的完善對于農(nóng)業(yè)可持續(xù)發(fā)展以及提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)運行效率有著積極的作用。近年來,隨著我國對化肥需求的持續(xù)升溫,造成了化肥供求矛盾,生產(chǎn)活動和消費活動之間缺乏高效的物流渠道,導(dǎo)致化肥價格不穩(wěn)定,最終損害農(nóng)民的利益,減弱農(nóng)民對農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的積極性。山西省也不例外。因此,本文從構(gòu)建化肥物流新模式為出發(fā)點,采用理論結(jié)合實際的方法,構(gòu)建山西省化肥物流新模式,優(yōu)化物流手段,完善化肥物流體系,這對于推進現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的發(fā)展有著重要的意義。首先本文從農(nóng)資化肥物流所涉及的基本含義和內(nèi)涵入手,并對農(nóng)資物流主體、特點以及農(nóng)資物流體系組成等方面進行了全面總結(jié)分析,之后對化肥物流含義及系統(tǒng)組成進行了具體分析。然后對目前化肥流通體系以及農(nóng)業(yè)信息化在化肥物流過程中的應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀進行了總結(jié)。本文的第三部分對山西省化肥物流以及存在的問題進行了全面分析,在看到山西省化肥生產(chǎn)和經(jīng)銷取得了巨大的進步的同時也發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的一系列問題。針對當(dāng)前山西農(nóng)資市場和農(nóng)資物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并結(jié)合山西省自身的自然地理條件、行政區(qū)劃、各地經(jīng)濟發(fā)展特點和物流實際的發(fā)展情況,建立有效的農(nóng)資物流發(fā)展體系和合適的物流發(fā)展策略。本文第四部分,也是本文的核心,對山西省農(nóng)資化肥物流配送新模式問題進行了探討,最后對山西省化肥物流配送新模式提出相應(yīng)的對策和建議�；使⿷�(yīng)不是化肥生產(chǎn)企業(yè)單方面的活動,而是需要化肥經(jīng)銷企業(yè)以及物流配送中心等一系列的部門之間合作,才能使化肥從生產(chǎn)到銷售高效、快捷、便利�；实匿N售不只是盲目的供貨,更需要考慮農(nóng)戶的需求,要以農(nóng)戶需求為中心,做到按需供應(yīng)�；势髽I(yè)要做到按需供應(yīng),就需要建立相應(yīng)的機制,政府部門、農(nóng)業(yè)部門以及農(nóng)資銷售點等要重視農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的作用,做到對農(nóng)村土壤墑情、種植結(jié)構(gòu)以及化肥用量和種類等數(shù)據(jù)的掌握,進行測土配方施肥,從而更好服務(wù)于農(nóng)民,讓農(nóng)民在科學(xué)的指導(dǎo)下施用化肥,為農(nóng)民提供更多的增值服務(wù)�；逝渌椭行奈恢靡咏氏M地,以更好的了解化肥市場的需求,及時、快速的調(diào)度化肥。
[Abstract]:As a basic industry, agricultural production has always been an important factor related to food security, people's survival and national stability. As one of the most important means of agricultural production, fertilizer not only effectively improves the efficiency and quality of agricultural production, but also is an important measure to realize the sustainable development of agriculture. The improvement of fertilizer logistics mechanism plays a positive role in the sustainable development of agriculture and improving the efficiency of agricultural production. In recent years, with the increasing demand for chemical fertilizer in China, the contradiction between supply and demand of chemical fertilizer, the lack of efficient logistics channel between production and consumption activities, lead to instability of chemical fertilizer prices, and ultimately damage the interests of farmers. Reduce the enthusiasm of farmers for agricultural production. Shanxi Province is no exception. Therefore, from the point of view of constructing a new model of chemical fertilizer logistics, this paper adopts the method of combining theory with practice to construct a new model of chemical fertilizer logistics in Shanxi Province, optimize the means of logistics, and perfect the logistics system of chemical fertilizer. This is of great significance for promoting the development of modern agricultural production. First of all, this paper starts with the basic meaning and connotation of the agricultural material fertilizer logistics, and makes a comprehensive summary and analysis on the main body, characteristics and the composition of the agricultural material logistics system. After that, the meaning and system composition of fertilizer logistics are analyzed in detail. Then it summarizes the current situation of chemical fertilizer circulation system and the application of agricultural informatization in the process of chemical fertilizer logistics. The third part of this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the chemical fertilizer logistics and the existing problems in Shanxi Province, and finds a series of problems while seeing the great progress in the production and distribution of chemical fertilizer in Shanxi Province. In view of the current situation of Shanxi agricultural material market and agricultural material logistics development, combined with Shanxi's own natural geographical conditions, administrative divisions, local economic development characteristics and the actual development of logistics, Establish an effective agricultural material logistics development system and appropriate logistics development strategy. The fourth part, which is the core of this paper, discusses the new mode of chemical fertilizer distribution in Shanxi province, and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the new mode of chemical fertilizer logistics distribution in Shanxi Province. Chemical fertilizer supply is not a unilateral activity of chemical fertilizer production enterprises, but a series of cooperation between chemical fertilizer distribution enterprises and logistics distribution centers, in order to make fertilizer production from production to sales efficient, fast and convenient. The marketing of chemical fertilizer is not only a blind supply, but also needs to consider the needs of farmers, farmers should be the center of demand, so as to supply according to demand. If chemical fertilizer enterprises want to supply according to demand, they need to set up corresponding mechanisms. Government departments, agricultural departments and agricultural distribution points should attach importance to the role of agricultural informatization, so as to achieve soil moisture content in rural areas. In order to better serve farmers, farmers can apply chemical fertilizer under the guidance of science so as to provide more value-added services for farmers by mastering the data of planting structure, amount and variety of chemical fertilizers and so on. The location of fertilizer distribution center should be close to the chemical fertilizer consumption area in order to better understand the demand of chemical fertilizer market and dispatch fertilizer promptly and quickly.
