【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,物流企業(yè)之間的競爭也日趨激烈。第三方物流企業(yè)作為現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的重要市場主體之一,其企業(yè)發(fā)展所處的狀態(tài)直接影響著企業(yè)的競爭策略,進而影響企業(yè)在市場中的地位。第三方物流企業(yè)如果想作為獨立的企業(yè)形態(tài)在行業(yè)中得到長遠的發(fā)展,必須提升其管理能力,而管理成熟度模型是評價企業(yè)管理能力的重要方式。本文從組織管理成熟度的思想角度出發(fā),首先分析四種典型的組織管理成熟度模型。之后在歸納影響第三方物流企業(yè)管理成熟度影響因素的基礎(chǔ)上,建立了第三方物流企業(yè)組織管理成熟度評價指標體系,對企業(yè)組織管理成熟度評價問題進行了一些探索。本文研究的主要內(nèi)容如下：第一,列舉了項目管理成熟度模型的相關(guān)概念,介紹了CMM、OPM3、PMS-PMMM、 K-PMMM四種典型的管理成熟度模型的等級結(jié)構(gòu),通過對比分析了四種模型各自的特點。第二,運用項目管理的基礎(chǔ)理論方法對第三方物流企業(yè)的管理特征進行了分析,在歸納影響第三方物流企業(yè)管理成熟度因素的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了第三方物流企業(yè)組織管理成熟度模型。第三,利用層次分析法和模糊評價方法對第三方物流企業(yè)的項目管理成熟度進行分析,驗證了評價指標的科學(xué)性與可行性。第四,將成熟度模型和評價方法應(yīng)用在某物流企業(yè)中,對企業(yè)的成熟度進行評價,明確了其管理水平,為企業(yè)下一步提升管理水平指明了方向。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology, the competition among logistics enterprises is becoming more and more fierce. As one of the important market subjects in modern logistics industry, the development of third-party logistics enterprises directly affects the competitive strategy of enterprises, and then affects the position of enterprises in the market. If the third party logistics enterprises want to develop in the industry as independent enterprises, they must improve their management ability, and the management maturity model is an important way to evaluate the management ability of enterprises. From the perspective of organizational management maturity, this paper first analyzes four typical organizational management maturity models. On the basis of summing up the influencing factors of the third party logistics enterprises' management maturity, this paper establishes the evaluation index system of the third party logistics enterprises' organizational management maturity, and probes into the evaluation of the third party logistics enterprises' organizational management maturity. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the related concepts of the project management maturity model are listed, and the hierarchical structure of the four typical management maturity models (CMM / OPM3 / PMS-PMMMand K-PMMM) is introduced, and the characteristics of the four models are compared and analyzed. Secondly, the management characteristics of the third party logistics enterprises are analyzed by using the basic theory method of project management, and the factors influencing the maturity of the third party logistics enterprises are summarized. The third party logistics enterprise organizational management maturity model is constructed. Thirdly, the project management maturity of the third party logistics enterprise is analyzed by AHP and fuzzy evaluation method, and the scientific and feasibility of the evaluation index is verified. Fourthly, the maturity model and evaluation method are applied to a logistics enterprise. The maturity of the enterprise is evaluated, and its management level is clarified, which points out the direction for the further improvement of the management level of the enterprise.
