【摘要】：本文首先針對C市當(dāng)前生活垃圾收運業(yè)務(wù)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析和梳理,運用數(shù)據(jù)分析、業(yè)務(wù)流程管理理論、問卷調(diào)查和魚骨圖等分析方法,歸納抽象出C市城市生活垃圾收運業(yè)務(wù)中存在的四大類問題,分別是:謊報垃圾產(chǎn)量數(shù)據(jù),盜賣油料,倒賣野垃圾和無法實時監(jiān)督垃圾站運行狀況。這些問題直接導(dǎo)致了巨大的財政資金流失。通過對策表等對問題的根源進(jìn)行探索,提出可能的對策,并結(jié)合實際對可行性進(jìn)行了初步探究,提出了信息化系統(tǒng)需要滿足的業(yè)務(wù)管理需求。接下來,本文結(jié)合C市生活垃圾主管部門的組織結(jié)構(gòu)分析,對信息化系統(tǒng)的工作數(shù)據(jù)流向進(jìn)行了分析,初步預(yù)測了將產(chǎn)生的各類信息量,對于系統(tǒng)部署的架構(gòu)也給出了合理的建議,然后就四大類管理需求設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的業(yè)務(wù)管理模塊,并進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)闡述。最后,結(jié)合信息化系統(tǒng)的建設(shè)范圍和內(nèi)容,從系統(tǒng)投資的角度,對系統(tǒng)建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行了分析,也進(jìn)一步剖析了將產(chǎn)生的重大社會效益。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the current situation of garbage collection and transportation in C city is analyzed and combed, and the methods of data analysis, business process management theory, questionnaire survey and fish bone map are used. Four kinds of problems in the collection and transportation of municipal solid waste (MSW) in C city are summarized. They are: false reporting of garbage output data, stealing and selling oil, selling wild garbage and failing to supervise the operation of garbage station in real time. These problems directly lead to a huge loss of financial funds. This paper explores the root cause of the problem through the countermeasure table, puts forward the possible countermeasures, and makes a preliminary exploration into the feasibility combined with the actual situation, and puts forward the business management needs that the information system needs to meet. Next, this paper analyzes the working data flow of the information system by analyzing the organizational structure of the municipal solid waste department in C city, and preliminarily predicts the amount of all kinds of information that will be generated. This paper also gives some reasonable suggestions on the architecture of the system deployment, and then designs the corresponding business management modules for the four kinds of management requirements, and explains them in detail. Finally, according to the scope and content of information system construction, this paper analyzes the economic benefits of the system construction from the point of view of system investment, and further analyzes the great social benefits that will be generated.
