【摘要】：如何高效地進行大型工程項目的融資風(fēng)險管理至今為止依然是工程項目管理領(lǐng)域的一個重點研究問題，并且由于社會發(fā)展和科技進步，中小型項目已經(jīng)無法滿足人們和社會的需求，同時伴隨著項目管理理論以及項目融資的發(fā)展，出現(xiàn)了越來越多的大型工程項目。目前針對大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險管理的研究還不完善，而近年來生態(tài)位理論有著很大的發(fā)展，被廣泛地應(yīng)用于各個學(xué)科，所以為了為提高大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險管理的水平，論文將生態(tài)位理論運用于大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險管理研究中，為大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險管理的研究提供了一個新角度。 首先，本文對大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險的特點和風(fēng)險來源進行了分析，利用經(jīng)驗數(shù)據(jù)法和核對表法初步確定36個融資風(fēng)險指標(biāo)，并且運用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析對風(fēng)險指標(biāo)體系進行初次約簡，再運用粗糙集理論對初次約簡后的指標(biāo)體系進行再次約簡，最終確定由16個指標(biāo)組成本文的融資風(fēng)險指標(biāo)體系，為后續(xù)的研究打下基礎(chǔ)。其次，通過介紹大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險的生態(tài)位以及如何進行評價方法的選擇，并且在考慮“態(tài)”和“勢”的基礎(chǔ)上最終選取運用灰色綜合評價法對融資風(fēng)險進行評價，其中各個指標(biāo)的權(quán)重由熵權(quán)系數(shù)法確定，建立了由熵權(quán)系數(shù)法和灰色綜合評價構(gòu)成的風(fēng)險評價體系。再次，將生態(tài)位調(diào)控理論運用到大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險應(yīng)對中，在生態(tài)位調(diào)控理論的基礎(chǔ)上將大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險調(diào)控分為三個層次，并且結(jié)合大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險的種類、風(fēng)險性質(zhì)，根據(jù)大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險調(diào)控的三個層次，將融資風(fēng)險應(yīng)對措施也分為三個層次，并且提出五種相應(yīng)的大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險應(yīng)對方法。最后論文對青島膠州灣隧道工程進行項目融資風(fēng)險管理研究，結(jié)果表明論文所構(gòu)建的融資風(fēng)險管理體系是可行的。 本文將生態(tài)位理論運用于大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險管理研究中，不僅擴大了生態(tài)位理論的運用領(lǐng)域，更使原有的大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險管理研究內(nèi)容變得更加豐富。本文在大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險評價和風(fēng)險應(yīng)對方面分別運用了生態(tài)位理論，從生態(tài)學(xué)的角度對大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險管理進行研究，提升了大型工程項目融資風(fēng)險管理的整體水平，，在理論和實踐上都具有重大的意義。
[Abstract]:How to efficiently carry out the financing risk management of large engineering projects is still a key research issue in the field of engineering project management up to now, and due to social development and scientific and technological progress, With the development of project management theory and project financing, more and more large engineering projects have emerged. At present, the research on financing risk management of large engineering projects is not perfect, but in recent years, niche theory has been widely used in various disciplines, so in order to improve the level of financing risk management of large engineering projects, In this paper, niche theory is applied to the study of financing risk management of large engineering projects, which provides a new angle for the study of financing risk management of large engineering projects. First of all, this paper analyzes the characteristics and sources of financing risk of large engineering projects, and uses empirical data method and checklist method to preliminarily determine 36 financing risk indicators. And the first reduction of the risk index system is carried out by using the grey relational analysis, and then the index system after the initial reduction is reduced again by rough set theory, and the financing risk index system of this paper is finally determined by 16 indexes. Lay the foundation for further research. Secondly, by introducing the niche of financing risk of large engineering project and how to choose the evaluation method, and taking into account the "state" and "potential", finally select the grey comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the financing risk. The weight of each index is determined by entropy weight coefficient method, and a risk evaluation system is established, which is composed of entropy weight coefficient method and grey comprehensive evaluation method. Thirdly, applying the niche control theory to the financing risk response of large-scale engineering projects, the paper divides the financing risk control of large-scale engineering projects into three levels on the basis of niche control theory. Combined with the types and nature of financing risks of large-scale engineering projects, according to the three levels of financing risk control of large-scale engineering projects, the measures to deal with financing risks are divided into three levels. And put forward five corresponding large-scale project financing risk response methods. Finally, the paper carries on the project financing risk management research to the Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay tunnel project, the result shows that the financing risk management system constructed by the paper is feasible. In this paper, the niche theory is applied to the study of financing risk management of large-scale engineering projects, which not only expands the application field of niche theory, but also enriches the original research contents of financing risk management of large engineering projects. In this paper, the niche theory is used in the risk assessment and risk response of large-scale engineering project financing, and the risk management of large-scale project financing is studied from the ecological point of view. It improves the whole level of financing risk management of large-scale project, and has great significance in theory and practice.
