【摘要】：煙草行業(yè)在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中占據(jù)著重要地位，隨著中國(guó)加入WTO，需要對(duì)煙草壟斷行業(yè)逐漸放開控制，這同時(shí)也是我國(guó)發(fā)展市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的需要。我國(guó)煙草行業(yè)受到來自國(guó)外煙草的巨大競(jìng)爭(zhēng)沖擊，加上國(guó)內(nèi)煙草制度的不完善，這在很大程度上影響和制約了我國(guó)煙草行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。面對(duì)這些問題，我們需要加強(qiáng)煙草銷售物流管理，完善煙草銷售物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系，提高煙草物流服務(wù)水平，及時(shí)、準(zhǔn)確的將煙草產(chǎn)品配送到煙草零售商手中，實(shí)現(xiàn)煙草銷售從傳統(tǒng)商業(yè)向現(xiàn)代物流的轉(zhuǎn)變。 文章通過對(duì)我國(guó)煙草銷售物流的發(fā)展進(jìn)行研究，提出建立和完善煙草銷售物流體系是現(xiàn)階段煙草物流主要任務(wù)。煙草銷售物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系的構(gòu)建主要包括網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)、物流中心的選址和網(wǎng)絡(luò)路徑的選擇優(yōu)化三部分。在此基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)宜春市的煙草市場(chǎng)和煙草銷售物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)現(xiàn)況進(jìn)行研究，發(fā)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)有的煙草銷售物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)已逐漸制約了宜春市煙草行業(yè)的發(fā)展，表現(xiàn)出運(yùn)輸成本過高、物流中心地址選擇不當(dāng)?shù)痊F(xiàn)象。 本文依據(jù)宜春市各個(gè)地區(qū)的卷煙需求的增長(zhǎng)率，預(yù)測(cè)到2020年各地區(qū)的卷煙需求量，結(jié)合各個(gè)地區(qū)的地理分布，考慮宜春市從南昌采購卷煙的情況，構(gòu)建了適合宜春市煙草銷售物流的三級(jí)網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)，對(duì)煙草銷售物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行重新布局規(guī)劃和優(yōu)化研究，建立物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)總成本最低模型。通過迭代編程和利用matlab軟件求得最優(yōu)的方案是在袁州和高安建立物流中心，，與現(xiàn)有的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)相比可以節(jié)約成本455萬元。即便是出于整合資源，便于協(xié)調(diào)管理和統(tǒng)一調(diào)度的角度，建立一個(gè)煙草物流中心，也應(yīng)該把物流中心設(shè)置在高安市，那樣相比現(xiàn)在把物流中心建立在袁州區(qū)，也能節(jié)約物流成本238萬元。最后，在最優(yōu)方案的基礎(chǔ)上，針對(duì)卷煙配送的非滿載情況，采用節(jié)約里程法，恰當(dāng)?shù)陌才啪頍熍渌吐肪�，優(yōu)化卷煙銷售的物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:Tobacco industry plays an important role in the development of China's national economy. With China's entry into the WTO, it is necessary to gradually liberalize and control the tobacco monopoly industry, which is also the need of developing the market economy in China. The tobacco industry in our country has been greatly impacted by the competition from foreign countries, and the domestic tobacco system is not perfect, which influences and restricts the rapid development of tobacco industry in China to a great extent. Faced with these problems, we need to strengthen the tobacco sales logistics management, improve the tobacco sales logistics network system, improve the level of tobacco logistics services, timely and accurate distribution of tobacco products to the hands of tobacco retailers, To realize the change of tobacco sales from traditional commerce to modern logistics. Based on the research on the development of tobacco marketing logistics in China, this paper puts forward that establishing and perfecting the tobacco sales logistics system is the main task of tobacco logistics at the present stage. The construction of tobacco marketing logistics network system mainly includes the design of network structure, the location of logistics center and the selection and optimization of network path. On this basis, the current situation of tobacco market and tobacco sales logistics network in Yichun City is studied, and it is found that the existing tobacco sales logistics network has gradually restricted the development of tobacco industry in Yichun City, showing that the transportation cost is too high. Improper selection of logistics center address and other phenomena. Based on the growth rate of cigarette demand in various regions of Yichun City, this paper predicts the demand for cigarettes in each region by 2020, and considering the situation of purchasing cigarettes from Nanchang in Yichun City according to the geographical distribution of each region. The three-level network structure suitable for tobacco marketing logistics in Yichun City was constructed. The relayout and optimization of tobacco sales logistics network were studied and the lowest model of total cost of logistics network was established. Through iterative programming and using matlab software, the best solution is to set up logistics center in Yuan Zhou and Gao'an. Compared with the existing logistics network, the cost can be saved by 4.55 million yuan. Even from the perspective of integrating resources, facilitating coordination, management and scheduling, the establishment of a tobacco logistics center should be set up in Gao'an City, so as to establish the logistics center in Yuanzhou District now. Can also save 2.38 million yuan in logistics costs. Finally, on the basis of the optimal scheme, aiming at the non-full load of cigarette distribution, the mileage saving method is adopted to arrange the distribution route properly and to optimize the logistics network of cigarette sales.
