益陽冷鏈物流中心規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:摘要:近年來,我國經(jīng)濟(jì)迅速發(fā)展,人民生活水平不斷提高,人們對食品的安全性和新鮮度提出了更高要求。而生鮮食物的冷凍、儲存、運輸以及保鮮等程序與冷鏈物流存在著密不可分的關(guān)系,因此冷鏈物流的發(fā)展得到了空前重視。近年來,政府出臺了《農(nóng)產(chǎn)品冷鏈物流規(guī)劃》等一系列關(guān)于冷鏈物流的文件,政府的高度重視加速推動了冷鏈物流業(yè)的迅速發(fā)展。如何提高冷鏈物流效率,降低物流成本,提升冷鏈服務(wù)質(zhì)量,滿足市場需求,科學(xué)規(guī)劃建設(shè)冷鏈物流中心成為了亟待解決的課題。 本文首先闡述了冷鏈物流中心規(guī)劃的重要性及研究意義,綜述了冷鏈物流中心規(guī)劃的國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。對冷鏈物流的概念進(jìn)行了定義,說明了冷鏈物流的特點,闡述了冷鏈物流中心的涵義,分析了冷鏈物流中心的規(guī)劃方法和評價方法;緊接著,對冷鏈物流中心的區(qū)位選擇和規(guī)模確定進(jìn)行了研究;然后,對冷鏈物流中心的平面布局規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了研究,分析了SLP法應(yīng)用于冷鏈物流中心平面布局規(guī)劃的步驟;最后,采取個案研究法,選定益陽冷鏈物流中心為研究分析對象,通過搜集資料分析,運用冷鏈物流中心規(guī)劃相關(guān)理論,對益陽冷鏈物流中心的平面布局規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了研究,提出了初步方案,應(yīng)用綜合模糊數(shù)學(xué)模型對方案進(jìn)行評判擇優(yōu),然后對物流中心內(nèi)部動線的流向進(jìn)行了方案調(diào)整,得到了較為合理的布置方案。同時對益陽冷鏈物流中心的信息系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了規(guī)劃,主要規(guī)劃了益陽冷鏈物流中心信息平臺和典型冷鏈產(chǎn)品的追溯體系。 本研究通過對益陽冷鏈物流中心的規(guī)劃研究,在常規(guī)物流中心規(guī)劃方法的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合冷鏈物流的特點進(jìn)行適當(dāng)調(diào)整,并運用綜合模糊數(shù)學(xué)模型對布局方案進(jìn)行評判,找出最優(yōu)方案。同時對冷鏈物流中心的信息系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃進(jìn)行了研究,對提高該物流中心的物流運作效率,加快建設(shè)進(jìn)度有一定的意義,也為同類物流中心的布局規(guī)劃提供決策參考。
[Abstract]:Abstract: in recent years, with the rapid development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard, people put forward higher requirements for food safety and freshness. However, the freezing, storage, transportation and preservation of fresh food are closely related to the cold chain logistics, so the development of cold chain logistics has been attached great importance to. In recent years, the government has issued a series of documents on cold chain logistics, such as "Cold chain Logistics Planning for Agricultural products". The government attaches great importance to accelerating the rapid development of cold chain logistics industry. How to improve the efficiency of cold chain logistics, reduce the cost of logistics, improve the quality of cold chain service, meet the needs of the market, scientific planning and construction of cold chain logistics center has become an urgent task to be solved. In this paper, the importance and significance of cold chain logistics center planning are first expounded, and the status quo of cold chain logistics center planning at home and abroad is summarized. This paper defines the concept of cold chain logistics, explains the characteristics of cold chain logistics, expounds the meaning of cold chain logistics center, analyzes the planning method and evaluation method of cold chain logistics center. The location selection and scale determination of cold chain logistics center are studied. Then, the plane layout planning of cold chain logistics center is studied, and the steps of applying SLP method to the layout planning of cold chain logistics center are analyzed. Adopting the case study method, choosing Yiyang cold chain logistics center as the research object, through collecting the data analysis, using the cold chain logistics center planning related theory, the plane layout planning of the Yiyang cold chain logistics center is studied. In this paper, a preliminary scheme is put forward, and a comprehensive fuzzy mathematical model is applied to judge the scheme to select the best. Then, the scheme is adjusted to the flow direction of the dynamic line inside the logistics center, and a more reasonable layout scheme is obtained. At the same time, the information system of Yiyang cold chain logistics center is planned, and the information platform of Yiyang cold chain logistics center and the tracing system of typical cold chain products are mainly planned. Through the research on the planning of Yiyang cold chain logistics center, on the basis of the conventional logistics center planning method, combined with the characteristics of cold chain logistics, this study makes appropriate adjustments, and uses the comprehensive fuzzy mathematical model to judge the layout scheme. Find out the best scheme. At the same time, the information system planning of the cold chain logistics center is studied, which is significant for improving the logistics operation efficiency and speeding up the construction progress of the logistics center, and also provides a decision reference for the layout planning of the similar logistics center.
