【摘要】:隨著我國社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷發(fā)展,物流行業(yè)也進(jìn)入了快速發(fā)展的行列。配送中心作為物流系統(tǒng)的一個(gè)重要節(jié)點(diǎn),在提高整個(gè)物流系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)作效率和服務(wù)水平方面有著重要的作用。近幾年,隨著網(wǎng)絡(luò)購物平臺的日趨完善,物流行業(yè)在我國也得到快速發(fā)展,配送中心作為物流業(yè)的重要一環(huán)受到的關(guān)注自然也越來越多。各行業(yè)在進(jìn)行物流系統(tǒng)建設(shè)時(shí),都會興建規(guī)模巨大的配送中心,因此,對配送中心規(guī)劃的合理性研究也在不斷進(jìn)行之中。因?yàn)閷ε渌椭行牡墓に囋O(shè)計(jì)和流程規(guī)劃都相對復(fù)雜,使影響配送中心作業(yè)效率的因素非常多,所以研究物流配送中心作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化以提高作業(yè)效率的方法至關(guān)重要;诖吮疚膶公司的配送中心作業(yè)流程的優(yōu)化進(jìn)行研究。 文章在對流程優(yōu)化的基本概念進(jìn)行界定和綜述的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了A公司物流配送中心的運(yùn)行現(xiàn)狀,并匯總出業(yè)務(wù)流程中存在的揀選作業(yè)區(qū)域規(guī)劃不合理、商品儲位管理方式不合理、分類存儲方式不合理、靜態(tài)訂單分批策略難以平衡不同分區(qū)工作量、選擇行走路徑過于依賴工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)等諸多問題。接著,對A公司物流配送中心的作業(yè)流程進(jìn)行目標(biāo)、思路和原則的制定,最終形成優(yōu)化方案,并對優(yōu)化方案的實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行分析和評價(jià)。最后,對優(yōu)化方案的實(shí)施得出倉儲庫應(yīng)采用集中管理、流程優(yōu)化是長期持續(xù)的過程、符合公司發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略需求等結(jié)論,并提出其中的不足和對未來研究的展望。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of social economy, the logistics industry has entered the ranks of rapid development. As an important node of logistics system, distribution center plays an important role in improving the operation efficiency and service level of the whole logistics system. In recent years, with the improvement of online shopping platform, the logistics industry in China has also been rapid development, distribution center as an important part of the logistics industry has received more and more attention. In the construction of logistics system, every industry will build a huge distribution center, therefore, the rationality of distribution center planning is also in progress. Because of the complexity of process planning and process planning of distribution center, there are many factors that affect the efficiency of distribution center, so it is very important to study the method of optimizing the process of logistics distribution center to improve the efficiency of operation. Based on this, this paper studies the optimization of distribution center operation flow of A Company. On the basis of defining and summarizing the basic concept of process optimization, this paper analyzes the current situation of logistics distribution center of company A, and summarizes the unreasonable planning of picking operation area in the business process. There are many problems such as unreasonable management mode of commodity storage, unreasonable storage method of classification, difficulty in balancing the workload of different districts by static order batching strategy, and too much reliance on work experience in choosing the walking path, and so on. Then, the goal, train of thought and principle of the logistics distribution center of company A are worked out, and the optimization scheme is formed, and the effect of the optimization scheme is analyzed and evaluated. Finally, it is concluded that the warehouse should be centralized management, the process optimization is a long-term continuous process, in line with the needs of the company's development strategy, and put forward the shortcomings and prospects for future research.
