基于DC的三級(jí)冷鏈一體化庫(kù)存模型與實(shí)證分析

【摘要】:電子商務(wù)的快速發(fā)展引發(fā)了商品銷售模式的改變,隨著電商涉及領(lǐng)域由圖書、服裝到食品的逐漸拓展,越來(lái)越多的人們開始從網(wǎng)絡(luò)購(gòu)買食品,甚至生鮮、冷凍品。人們對(duì)冷鏈品需求日益增加的同時(shí),也引發(fā)了很多現(xiàn)實(shí)問題的出現(xiàn),如食品安全問題。這就要求國(guó)家進(jìn)一步完善冷鏈物流的發(fā)展規(guī)范和運(yùn)作模式,加強(qiáng)冷鏈物流設(shè)施設(shè)備的建設(shè),提高冷鏈物流的技術(shù)和技能,從而保證生鮮、冷凍品在供應(yīng)鏈中全程冷鏈,確保食品安全。 然而,現(xiàn)階段我國(guó)冷鏈物流發(fā)展不容樂觀,特別是冷鏈物流的運(yùn)作模式。與發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家相比,我國(guó)易腐品的多級(jí)冷鏈模式仍以生產(chǎn)商和零售商組成的兩級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈體系為主,其物流活動(dòng)的運(yùn)作大多為各節(jié)點(diǎn)企業(yè)自營(yíng)。而這一運(yùn)作模式并不符合企業(yè)提升核心能力的要求,其不僅造成了企業(yè)物流資源的浪費(fèi),更缺乏供應(yīng)鏈整體優(yōu)化的思想。 因此,在多級(jí)冷鏈庫(kù)存的研究中引入第三方運(yùn)作的配送中心(DistributionCenter)并結(jié)合多級(jí)庫(kù)存一體化的理念,更有助于企業(yè)核心能力的提升,從而提高供應(yīng)鏈的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。 本文以有限期內(nèi)多個(gè)生產(chǎn)商、一個(gè)DC和多個(gè)零售商組成的冷鏈系統(tǒng)庫(kù)存一體化決策為研究?jī)?nèi)容,建立了考慮DC增值服務(wù)、變質(zhì)率服從三參數(shù)Weibull分布的三級(jí)冷鏈庫(kù)存模型。文章從系統(tǒng)利潤(rùn)最大化的角度確定供應(yīng)鏈各成員的最佳補(bǔ)貨策略,并通過標(biāo)準(zhǔn)遺傳算法對(duì)算例結(jié)果的計(jì)算發(fā)現(xiàn),,以專業(yè)DC為中樞的三級(jí)冷鏈系統(tǒng)較傳統(tǒng)的兩級(jí)供應(yīng)鏈系統(tǒng)更具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of electronic commerce has led to the change of commodity sales mode. With the gradual expansion of e-commerce from books, clothing to food, more and more people began to buy food, even fresh, frozen products from the network. With the increasing demand for cold chain products, there are many practical problems, such as food safety. This requires the country to further improve the development and operation mode of cold chain logistics, to strengthen the construction of cold chain logistics facilities and equipment, to improve the technology and skills of cold chain logistics, so as to ensure fresh, frozen products in the whole process of cold chain in the supply chain. Ensure food safety. However, the development of cold chain logistics in China is not optimistic, especially the operation mode of cold chain logistics. Compared with the developed countries, the multi-level cold chain model of perishable goods in China is still composed of two levels of supply chain system, which consists of manufacturer and retailer, and its logistics activities are mostly operated by the node enterprises. This mode of operation does not meet the requirements of improving the core competence of enterprises. It not only causes the waste of logistics resources of enterprises, but also lacks the idea of overall optimization of supply chain. Therefore, the introduction of third-party distribution center into the research of multi-level cold chain inventory and the idea of multi-level inventory integration will help to enhance the core competence of enterprises and improve the overall competitiveness of supply chain. In this paper, a three-level cold chain inventory model considering DC value-added service and three parameter Weibull distribution is established, which is composed of several manufacturers, one DC and multiple retailers, which is composed of several manufacturers, one DC and several retailers. In this paper, the optimal replenishment strategy for each member of the supply chain is determined from the point of view of maximizing the system profit. The three-stage cold chain system with professional DC as the center has more competitive advantage than the traditional two-level supply chain system.
