【摘要】：項目群風(fēng)險管理是指業(yè)主在建設(shè)工程的過程中,用系統(tǒng)的、動態(tài)的方法、最小的成本對未來可能遇到的風(fēng)險進(jìn)行識別、分析、評價,采取措施進(jìn)行應(yīng)對,并同時進(jìn)行監(jiān)控的過程。文章從項目群風(fēng)險的特點(diǎn)入手,對項目群風(fēng)險管理的過程進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了我國現(xiàn)階段對項目群風(fēng)險管理還沒有形成統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識體系,特別是在風(fēng)險評價方面還有缺失。文章采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法,模糊綜合評判法,層次分析法及系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)的方法,對項目群風(fēng)險的管理過程進(jìn)行了較為科學(xué)的研究,最后以盤錦市市民服務(wù)中心工程項目群為背景進(jìn)行模擬,得出需要重點(diǎn)防控的風(fēng)險因素,以及選擇風(fēng)險管理的策略時,不僅要注意降低風(fēng)險水平,同時要兼顧風(fēng)險管控成本,并以此為依據(jù)提出合理的應(yīng)對措施。同時發(fā)現(xiàn)研究還存在一些問題,這些問題為本課題繼續(xù)深入研究指明了方向。
[Abstract]:Project group risk management means that the owner identifies, analyzes, evaluates and takes measures to deal with the possible risks in the future with systematic and dynamic methods and minimum cost. And at the same time the process of monitoring. Starting with the characteristics of project group risk, this paper studies the process of project group risk management, and finds out that there is no unified understanding system of project group risk management in our country at present, especially in the aspect of risk evaluation. In this paper, the methods of literature review, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, analytic hierarchy process and system dynamics are used to study the risk management process of project group scientifically. Finally, with Panjin City Citizen Service Center project group as the background of simulation, the need for key prevention and control of risk factors, as well as the choice of risk management strategy, we should not only pay attention to reduce the level of risk, but also take into account the cost of risk control. On the basis of this, reasonable countermeasures are put forward. At the same time, we find that there are still some problems in the research, which point out the direction of further research.
