基于系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的工程項(xiàng)目群風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)研究

【摘要】:項(xiàng)目群風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理是指業(yè)主在建設(shè)工程的過(guò)程中,用系統(tǒng)的、動(dòng)態(tài)的方法、最小的成本對(duì)未來(lái)可能遇到的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)進(jìn)行識(shí)別、分析、評(píng)價(jià),采取措施進(jìn)行應(yīng)對(duì),并同時(shí)進(jìn)行監(jiān)控的過(guò)程。文章從項(xiàng)目群風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的特點(diǎn)入手,對(duì)項(xiàng)目群風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的過(guò)程進(jìn)行了研究,發(fā)現(xiàn)了我國(guó)現(xiàn)階段對(duì)項(xiàng)目群風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理還沒(méi)有形成統(tǒng)一的認(rèn)識(shí)體系,特別是在風(fēng)險(xiǎn)評(píng)價(jià)方面還有缺失。文章采用文獻(xiàn)綜述法,模糊綜合評(píng)判法,層次分析法及系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)的方法,對(duì)項(xiàng)目群風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的管理過(guò)程進(jìn)行了較為科學(xué)的研究,最后以盤(pán)錦市市民服務(wù)中心工程項(xiàng)目群為背景進(jìn)行模擬,得出需要重點(diǎn)防控的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)因素,以及選擇風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理的策略時(shí),不僅要注意降低風(fēng)險(xiǎn)水平,同時(shí)要兼顧風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管控成本,并以此為依據(jù)提出合理的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。同時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)研究還存在一些問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題為本課題繼續(xù)深入研究指明了方向。
[Abstract]:Project group risk management means that the owner identifies, analyzes, evaluates and takes measures to deal with the possible risks in the future with systematic and dynamic methods and minimum cost. And at the same time the process of monitoring. Starting with the characteristics of project group risk, this paper studies the process of project group risk management, and finds out that there is no unified understanding system of project group risk management in our country at present, especially in the aspect of risk evaluation. In this paper, the methods of literature review, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, analytic hierarchy process and system dynamics are used to study the risk management process of project group scientifically. Finally, with Panjin City Citizen Service Center project group as the background of simulation, the need for key prevention and control of risk factors, as well as the choice of risk management strategy, we should not only pay attention to reduce the level of risk, but also take into account the cost of risk control. On the basis of this, reasonable countermeasures are put forward. At the same time, we find that there are still some problems in the research, which point out the direction of further research.
