【摘要】：隨著中國經(jīng)濟的高速發(fā)展,尤其是外向型經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,對現(xiàn)代物流體系提出了更多更高的要求。一些大城市為滿足當?shù)爻隹诩庸て髽I(yè)以及大型的涉及進出口的生產(chǎn)制造企業(yè)等的發(fā)展需求,促進城市經(jīng)濟的進一步發(fā)展,依靠國家相應(yīng)的特殊優(yōu)惠政策,紛紛興建保稅物流設(shè)施。這些舉措取得了比較良好的效果,但同時也暴露出了一些問題,比如有些地區(qū)的保稅物流區(qū)域出現(xiàn)產(chǎn)能過剩或不足等問題,由此表明在興建保稅物流設(shè)施初期對其進行合理規(guī)劃的重要性。本論文以此為切入點,并以南昌保稅物流中心為研究背景,對其進行較為系統(tǒng)的平面布局規(guī)劃研究。本論文主要對南昌保稅物流中心功能體系、市場需求預測以及平面布局規(guī)劃三個基本問題進行研究。在功能體系分析方面,針對保稅物流中心有別于其他物流設(shè)施的特點,根據(jù)南昌保稅物流中心的市場定位,構(gòu)建了與市場相結(jié)合的保稅物流功能體系市場定位,建立了在功能定位的基礎(chǔ)上該保稅物流中心功能分區(qū)的確定方法。在市場需求預測方面,針對缺乏保稅物流中心需求的詳細歷史數(shù)據(jù)的情況,論文從南昌市歷年進出口貿(mào)易中提取可能進入南昌保稅物流中心貨物量,建立了定量和定性相結(jié)合的預測模型,對保稅物流中心相關(guān)的物流量進行了預測。對于保稅物流中心平面布局規(guī)劃問題,在市場需求預測和功能體系分析的基礎(chǔ)上,采用SLP法,依次按照分析、尋優(yōu)和選擇三個階段進行規(guī)劃,形成了保稅物流中心相對最優(yōu)的平面布局規(guī)劃方案。目前對保稅物流中心平面布局規(guī)劃的系統(tǒng)性研究尚少,本論文整合利用已有的物流設(shè)施平面布局規(guī)劃理論和方法,開展對南昌保稅物流中心的平面布局規(guī)劃研究,以期對豐富相關(guān)的理論和促進實踐發(fā)展都具有一定的意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, especially the rapid development of export-oriented economy, the modern logistics system has put forward more and higher requirements. In order to meet the development needs of local export processing enterprises and large production and manufacturing enterprises involved in import and export, and to promote the further development of the urban economy, some big cities rely on the corresponding special preferential policies of the state. Construction of bonded logistics facilities. These measures have achieved relatively good results, but at the same time they have exposed some problems, such as excess or insufficient capacity in bonded logistics areas in some regions. This shows the importance of reasonable planning in the initial stage of construction of bonded logistics facilities. This paper takes this as the breakthrough point and takes Nanchang bonded Logistics Center as the research background, carries on the more systematic plane layout planning research to it. In this paper, the functional system of Nanchang bonded Logistics Center, market demand prediction and layout planning are studied. According to the characteristics of bonded logistics center and other logistics facilities, according to the market positioning of Nanchang bonded logistics center, the market positioning of bonded logistics function system combined with the market is constructed. Based on the function orientation, the method of determining the functional partition of the bonded logistics center is established. In the aspect of market demand prediction, in view of the lack of detailed historical data on the demand of bonded logistics center, the paper extracts the quantity of goods that may enter Nanchang bonded logistics center from the import and export trade of Nanchang over the years. A quantitative and qualitative forecasting model is established, and the related logistics flow of bonded logistics center is forecasted. For the layout planning of bonded logistics center, on the basis of market demand prediction and function system analysis, SLP method is adopted to plan according to the three stages of analysis, optimization and selection. A relatively optimal layout plan for bonded logistics center is formed. At present, there are few systematic studies on the layout planning of bonded logistics center. This paper integrates the existing theories and methods of layout planning of logistics facilities to carry out the research on the layout planning of Nanchang bonded logistics center. In order to enrich the relevant theory and promote the development of practice have a certain significance.
