【摘要】：階層城鎮(zhèn)化、空間城鎮(zhèn)化和生活城鎮(zhèn)化是中國社會存在的三種城鎮(zhèn)化的樣態(tài),這些樣態(tài)由于沒有關(guān)注人的城鎮(zhèn)化,即人的素養(yǎng)的城鎮(zhèn)工作或生活要求,均呈現(xiàn)出碎片化的特點。人的城鎮(zhèn)化恰恰是城鎮(zhèn)化的最薄弱之處和內(nèi)在要求。建立以人的城鎮(zhèn)化為核心的四維一體的全面城鎮(zhèn)化是城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展的必然選擇。人的城鎮(zhèn)化的實踐起點是大教育。人的城鎮(zhèn)化需要從大教育立場出發(fā),豐富農(nóng)村人口早期的城鄉(xiāng)生存經(jīng)驗,提高面向農(nóng)村的普職教育的質(zhì)量競爭力,加強(qiáng)進(jìn)城務(wù)工人員城鎮(zhèn)融入教育。
[Abstract]:Stratified urbanization, spatial urbanization and life urbanization are three kinds of urbanization patterns in Chinese society. These patterns are fragmented because they do not pay attention to the urbanization of human beings, that is, the urban work or living requirements of human literacy. Human urbanization is precisely the weakest point and inherent requirement of urbanization. It is an inevitable choice for urbanization to establish a four-dimensional urbanization with human urbanization as the core. The practice starting point of human urbanization is big education. The urbanization of people should start from the standpoint of big education, enrich the early urban and rural survival experience of rural population, improve the quality competitiveness of general vocational education facing rural areas, and strengthen the integration of urban migrant workers into education.
