泉州市資源環(huán)境綜合承載力評價研究

【摘要】:改革開放以來,隨著泉州市經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展,地區(qū)資源總量消耗也不斷加劇,加上一些高耗能、高污染重大項目的陸續(xù)投產(chǎn),對地區(qū)的生態(tài)、環(huán)境造成巨大破壞,因此資源、生態(tài)、環(huán)境承載能力將成為影響泉州市未來發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵性問題。本文以泉州地區(qū)作為研究對象,對其資源環(huán)境綜合承載力進行了全面的分析,具有重要的意義。通過對國內(nèi)外文獻的搜集和閱讀,整理出相關(guān)的理論和實踐基礎(chǔ),并以省級(區(qū)域)資源環(huán)境承載力評價技術(shù)指南作為參考,從社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、人民生活、承載力本底、承載力狀態(tài)和承載力潛力五個方面,共選出21個指標(biāo)構(gòu)建研究區(qū)的評價指標(biāo)系統(tǒng)。之后利用熵值法確定出各項指標(biāo)的權(quán)重,計算出各縣(市、區(qū))的綜合評價得分值,最終根據(jù)泉州承載力的實際情況和福建省主體功能區(qū)劃對各地區(qū)國土資源綜合開發(fā)進行合理的劃分。研究結(jié)論表明:(1)泉州市資源環(huán)境綜合承載力與人民生活水平和承載本底兩個要素的相關(guān)性大,人類活動和社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展系統(tǒng)層對資源環(huán)境綜合承載力的提高具有一定的補償性。(2)泉州市各地區(qū)的社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展與人口活動壓力的空間差異性較為明顯,沿海地區(qū)的壓力值要高于西部內(nèi)陸地區(qū),其中中心城區(qū)的值最大;承載力方面,市轄區(qū)的承載本底和承載潛力都較小,山區(qū)縣的承載潛力很人。(3)沿海地區(qū)的資源環(huán)境綜合承載狀況普遍高于山區(qū)各縣,然而社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)達、人類活動力強的市轄區(qū),其資源環(huán)境承載狀況相對較低,地區(qū)發(fā)展存在著不協(xié)調(diào)的因素。(4)在生態(tài)、環(huán)境系統(tǒng)的影響下,承載潛力較大的地區(qū)其未來發(fā)展也會受限制,而承載潛力小的地區(qū)通過資源的合理配置,仍然可以保持良好的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the economy of Quanzhou City, the total consumption of regional resources has also been continuously intensified. In addition, some major projects of high energy consumption and high pollution have been put into operation one after another, which have caused enormous damage to the ecology and environment of the region, so resources. Ecological and environmental carrying capacity will become a key problem affecting the future development of Quanzhou City. Taking Quanzhou area as the research object, the comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment is comprehensively analyzed in this paper, which is of great significance. Through the collection and reading of domestic and foreign literature, the relevant theoretical and practical basis is sorted out, and the technical guide for evaluating the carrying capacity of provincial (regional) resources and environment is taken as a reference, from the background of social and economic development, people's life, and carrying capacity. In this paper, 21 indexes are selected to construct the evaluation index system in the study area from five aspects: bearing capacity state and carrying capacity potential. Then the weight of each index is determined by entropy method, and the comprehensive evaluation score of each county (city, district) is calculated. Finally, according to the actual situation of the bearing capacity of Quanzhou and the main function division of Fujian Province, the comprehensive development of land and resources in various regions is reasonably divided. The conclusion of the study shows that the comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment in Quanzhou City is closely related to the living standard and the carrying background of the people. The system level of human activities and social economic development has a certain compensatory effect on the improvement of comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment. The spatial difference between social and economic development and population activity pressure in Quanzhou City is obvious. The pressure value of coastal areas is higher than that of western inland areas, and the value of central urban areas is the largest; in terms of bearing capacity, the bearing capacity of municipal districts is relatively small. The comprehensive carrying capacity of resources and environment in coastal areas is generally higher than that in mountainous counties. However, the carrying capacity of resources and environment is relatively low in urban districts with developed social economy and strong human activity. Under the influence of ecological and environmental systems, the future development of areas with great bearing potential will also be restricted, and the areas with small bearing potential will be rationally allocated through the resources. It is still possible to maintain good development.
