【摘要】:隨著時(shí)代的不斷進(jìn)步,傳統(tǒng)意義上采購(gòu)已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)于目前企業(yè)的快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)已經(jīng)不僅僅只是原材料的采購(gòu),同時(shí)還包括產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)管理以及質(zhì)量管理多方面的采購(gòu)活動(dòng)。所以,當(dāng)前我們只有改變傳統(tǒng)的采購(gòu)觀念,轉(zhuǎn)變自身思想,才能夠更好的促進(jìn)企業(yè)采購(gòu)活動(dòng)進(jìn)行,更好的促進(jìn)企業(yè)發(fā)展。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)的快速發(fā)展,使采購(gòu)活動(dòng)也不再是僅僅進(jìn)行小范圍的供應(yīng)商之間的比較,而是要通過(guò)專(zhuān)業(yè)的供應(yīng)市場(chǎng)分析,對(duì)于當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)的整體宏觀形勢(shì)作出比較精準(zhǔn)的判斷。就好比萬(wàn)達(dá)集團(tuán)作為建筑商,對(duì)于建筑材料的采購(gòu)當(dāng)然是必不可少的,這是萬(wàn)達(dá)集團(tuán)作為采購(gòu)商,應(yīng)該清楚當(dāng)前的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì),深入分析相關(guān)政策對(duì)于原材料價(jià)格有哪些影響,會(huì)有多大的浮動(dòng),這樣在進(jìn)行采購(gòu)時(shí)就會(huì)有充分的把握。所以說(shuō),對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略判斷,進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略分析,是必不可少,只有當(dāng)采購(gòu)管理和戰(zhàn)略管理相互作用,只有和供應(yīng)商達(dá)到戰(zhàn)略匹配,建立起一種長(zhǎng)期的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系,才能夠更好的促進(jìn)相關(guān)采購(gòu)活動(dòng)的順利進(jìn)行,特別是在價(jià)格方面與供應(yīng)商之間會(huì)達(dá)到雙贏。 戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)管理從本質(zhì)上來(lái)說(shuō),就是一種和供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行戰(zhàn)略合作的模式,是一種戰(zhàn)略意義上的采購(gòu)管理,它是一種長(zhǎng)期的關(guān)系,是一種業(yè)務(wù)供給渠道,而且是在企業(yè)最低成本的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行的,并不是當(dāng)前以最低價(jià)格進(jìn)行的一次性或者短期性質(zhì)的簡(jiǎn)單交易。它在某種意義上來(lái)說(shuō),能夠充分平衡企業(yè)內(nèi)部以及外部各方面的資源,展現(xiàn)自身優(yōu)勢(shì),實(shí)現(xiàn)和供應(yīng)商之間的共贏,注重長(zhǎng)期的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系,是一種適應(yīng)于新時(shí)代下的采購(gòu)管理模式。 戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)管理,是采購(gòu)管理的發(fā)展方向,是現(xiàn)代企業(yè)管理的重要內(nèi)容,對(duì)企業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈的優(yōu)化和企業(yè)的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展起著重要的作用。同時(shí)隨著商品生產(chǎn)和交換成為戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)管理過(guò)程的重要組成部分以及企業(yè)利潤(rùn)的主要來(lái)源。在大型跨國(guó)制造公司中具有舉足輕重的作用。 戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)管理是一個(gè)核心的業(yè)務(wù)流程管理。基于對(duì)萬(wàn)達(dá)集團(tuán)戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)管理的研究,通過(guò)全球采購(gòu)戰(zhàn)略,集中采購(gòu),根據(jù)物料細(xì)分的采購(gòu)策略和供應(yīng)商的選擇, 考慮整體合理的供應(yīng)商管理和發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略等。實(shí)現(xiàn)萬(wàn)達(dá)集團(tuán)總體采購(gòu)成本最低的方法策略。從以上幾個(gè)方面的分析和分解,本文詳細(xì)介紹了供應(yīng)商的選擇和評(píng)價(jià)的過(guò)程,如何在不同的情況采取相應(yīng)的措施。戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu)管理在萬(wàn)達(dá)集團(tuán)的企業(yè),特別是提供采購(gòu)計(jì)劃和制造企業(yè)的管理參考中,它可以充分的發(fā)揮作用。

Therefore, at present, only by changing the traditional concept of procurement and changing our own thoughts, can we better promote the enterprise procurement activities, and better promote the development of enterprises. With the rapid development of the network, purchasing activities are no longer just a comparison between suppliers in a small area, but also a more accurate judgment on the overall macro situation of the current economy through professional supply market analysis. Just like the Wanda Group as a builder, it is of course essential for the procurement of building materials. This is Wanda Group as a purchaser. It should be clear about the current economic situation and make an in-depth analysis of the impact of relevant policies on the prices of raw materials. Strategic procurement management is the development direction of procurement management and an important content of modern enterprise management. It plays an important role in the optimization of enterprise supply chain and the long-term development of enterprise. At the same time, commodity production and exchange become an important part of strategic procurement management process and the main source of profits. It plays an important role in large multinational manufacturing companies. Strategic procurement management is a core business process management. Based on the research of Wanda Group strategic procurement management, through the global procurement strategy, centralized procurement, according to the material subdivision procurement strategy and supplier selection, Consider the overall and reasonable supplier management and development strategy. From the analysis and decomposition of the above several aspects, this paper introduces the process of supplier selection and evaluation in detail, and how to take corresponding measures in different situations.
