大慶油田進(jìn)口壓裂車組采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理研究

【摘要】:作為企業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營(yíng)中不可或缺的基本環(huán)節(jié),采購(gòu)已成為與計(jì)劃組織指揮協(xié)調(diào)和控制同等重要的企業(yè)基本職能作為油田物資采購(gòu)的重要組成部分,大慶油田有限責(zé)任公司積累了多年的進(jìn)口物資采購(gòu)經(jīng)驗(yàn)但由于進(jìn)口物資技術(shù)含量高供貨周期長(zhǎng)個(gè)性化程度高可替代性小外部風(fēng)險(xiǎn)大等特點(diǎn),進(jìn)口物資采購(gòu)順利與否直接影響油田的生產(chǎn)建設(shè) 本文從五方面對(duì)進(jìn)口壓裂車組采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理進(jìn)行研究首先闡述了對(duì)進(jìn)口壓裂車組采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行研究現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)學(xué)者的研究進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)地梳理,分析了論文的研究?jī)?nèi)容和研究方法;其次,,分析了論文涉及的相關(guān)基本理論,包括采購(gòu)管理理論項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理理論和全面質(zhì)量管理理論;再次,主要探討了大慶油田進(jìn)口壓裂車組的現(xiàn)狀及采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目中存在的問(wèn)題;其后,以項(xiàng)目全面質(zhì)量管理為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)進(jìn)口壓裂車組采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理體系進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,該體系包括前期質(zhì)量管理中期質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)利益方質(zhì)量管理和采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目驗(yàn)收入庫(kù)的質(zhì)量管理四部分內(nèi)容;最后,以構(gòu)建的質(zhì)量管理體系為基礎(chǔ),從管理理念和制度管理程序人力資源管理信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)供應(yīng)商管理質(zhì)量控制體系等幾方面提出了完善進(jìn)口壓裂車組采購(gòu)項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量管理的保障措施隨著石油市場(chǎng)的持續(xù)走高,大慶油田有限責(zé)任公司面臨著激烈的國(guó)際石油市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng),如何高效的開采成為公司不得不面臨的緊迫問(wèn)題通過(guò)進(jìn)口物資的戰(zhàn)略采購(gòu),實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)物流的合理化和效益最大化,逐步降低油田生產(chǎn)成本,不斷提高公司下屬各二級(jí)單位的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,最終提高公司的整體競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力
[Abstract]:As an indispensable basic link in the production and operation of an enterprise, procurement has become an important part of oil field material procurement, which is as important as planning, organization, command, coordination and control. Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. has accumulated many years of experience in the procurement of imported materials. However, due to the high technical content of imported materials, high supply cycle, high individualization, high substitutability, small external risks, and so on, The smooth purchase of imported materials directly affects the production and construction of oil fields In this paper, the quality management of the imported fracturing train purchasing project is studied from five aspects. Firstly, the practical significance of the research on the procurement project of the imported fracturing train group is expounded, and the research on the relevant scholars at home and abroad is systematically combed out. The research content and research methods of the thesis are analyzed. Secondly, the related basic theories are analyzed, including purchasing management theory, project quality management theory and total quality management theory. This paper mainly discusses the current situation of imported fracturing train sets in Daqing Oilfield and the problems existing in purchasing projects, and then, based on the total quality management of the project, optimizes the quality management system of imported fracturing train sets. The system consists of four parts: quality management of relevant stakeholders in early quality management, quality management of relevant stakeholders and quality management of stock acceptance of purchasing projects. Finally, the system is based on the quality management system constructed. From the aspects of management concept and system management procedure, human resource management information system construction, supplier management quality control system and so on, the paper puts forward the guarantee measures to improve the quality management of import fracturing truck set purchasing project with the continuous development of oil market. Daqing Oilfield Co., Ltd. is faced with fierce international oil market competition. How to exploit efficiently becomes an urgent problem that the company has to face. Through the strategic procurement of imported materials, it can realize the rationalization and benefit maximization of enterprise logistics. Gradually reduce the production cost of the oil field, continuously improve the market competitiveness of the secondary units under the company, and ultimately improve the overall competitiveness of the company
