【摘要】：自從人類進(jìn)入工業(yè)化時(shí)代以來(lái)，社會(huì)文明進(jìn)步、科技創(chuàng)新使人們的生活方式發(fā)生了巨大的變化，但同時(shí)，也引發(fā)了一系列的生態(tài)環(huán)境問(wèn)題。值得慶幸的是,目前人們已經(jīng)認(rèn)識(shí)到了生態(tài)環(huán)境的問(wèn)題，各行各業(yè)都在大力倡導(dǎo)低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)、循環(huán)經(jīng)濟(jì)、綠色GDP。工程建設(shè)企業(yè)在這種大形勢(shì)下也必須將綠色管理理論應(yīng)用到企業(yè)管理與項(xiàng)目管理中。 論文選擇以EPC項(xiàng)目為著眼點(diǎn)，從工程總承包商的角度出發(fā)，緊密結(jié)合EPC項(xiàng)目的特殊性，把綠色管理理論融合在EPC項(xiàng)目的管理中，通過(guò)建立一個(gè)EPC項(xiàng)目實(shí)施綠色管理的管理流程和一套行之有效的、科學(xué)、完整的評(píng)價(jià)體系來(lái)構(gòu)建一套EPC項(xiàng)目綠色管理模型，使EPC項(xiàng)目總承包企業(yè)在實(shí)施綠色管理、反饋管理效果、實(shí)施綠色管理的循環(huán)過(guò)程中，既能規(guī)范EPC項(xiàng)目的管理又能夠?qū)㈨?xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)傳承下去，最終實(shí)現(xiàn)工程總承包企業(yè)綠色化。 論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括相關(guān)概念的界定、建立EPC項(xiàng)目實(shí)施綠色管理的管理流程以及實(shí)施效果評(píng)價(jià)體系。論文整合了綠色管理的概念，，對(duì)在工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目綠色管理的概念和EPC項(xiàng)目綠色管理的概念進(jìn)行了創(chuàng)新性界定，同時(shí)還確定了工程建設(shè)項(xiàng)目綠色化的標(biāo)志；論文分析出了EPC項(xiàng)目實(shí)施綠色管理的影響因素，并建立管理流程對(duì)這些影響因素進(jìn)行管理。論文構(gòu)建了EPC項(xiàng)目實(shí)施綠色管理效果評(píng)價(jià)體系，給出了綠色管理效果評(píng)價(jià)的評(píng)價(jià)等級(jí)，確定了評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和權(quán)重，選擇和改進(jìn)了科學(xué)的評(píng)價(jià)理論、方法，以及相應(yīng)的評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目實(shí)施綠色管理的管理效果進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 論文研究旨在解決工程總承包企業(yè)如何對(duì)EPC項(xiàng)目實(shí)施綠色管理這一主要問(wèn)題。建立了EPC項(xiàng)目綠色管理的管理模型，建立了工程總承包企業(yè)能夠?qū)嶋H應(yīng)用的管理方式、方法，以期實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展，實(shí)現(xiàn)社會(huì)效益、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益以及生態(tài)效益的平衡。
[Abstract]:Since the human being entered the industrialization era, the progress of social civilization and the innovation of science and technology have brought about great changes in people's way of life, but at the same time, it has also caused a series of ecological and environmental problems. Fortunately, at present, people have realized the problem of ecological environment, all kinds of industries are advocating low-carbon economy, recycling economy, green GDP. Under this situation, green management theory must be applied to enterprise management and project management. This paper chooses the EPC project as the starting point, from the point of view of the general contractor of the project, closely combines the particularity of the EPC project, and integrates the green management theory into the management of the EPC project. A set of green management model of EPC project is constructed by establishing a management process of implementing green management of EPC project and a set of effective, scientific and complete evaluation system, which makes the general contracting enterprise of EPC project carry out green management. Feedback management effect, the implementation of green management cycle process, can not only standardize the management of EPC projects, and can pass on the project management experience, and finally achieve the project general contracting enterprise green. The main contents of this paper include the definition of related concepts, the establishment of EPC project implementation of green management management process and implementation effectiveness evaluation system. This paper integrates the concept of green management, defines the concept of green management in engineering construction project and the concept of green management in EPC project, and determines the symbol of green management of engineering construction project. This paper analyzes the influencing factors of green management in EPC project, and establishes the management process to manage these factors. This paper constructs the evaluation system of green management effect of EPC project, gives the evaluation grade of green management effect evaluation, determines the evaluation index system and weight, selects and improves the scientific evaluation theory and method. As well as the corresponding scoring standards to the EPC project implementation of green management for comprehensive evaluation of the management effect. The purpose of this paper is to solve the main problem of how to implement green management of EPC projects in general contracting enterprises. The management model of green management of EPC project is established, and the management mode and method that can be applied in general contracting enterprise of project are set up in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprise and realize the balance of social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit.
