【摘要】：在當(dāng)前區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化的浪潮中，，區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)聯(lián)系更為密切，經(jīng)濟(jì)大融合，產(chǎn)業(yè)大融合，使得區(qū)域物流成為區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分。目前，我國不少地方在發(fā)展區(qū)域物流產(chǎn)業(yè)所面對(duì)的難題，就是如何充分合理利用區(qū)域內(nèi)的物流資源，降低物流成本，提高企業(yè)效益，加快區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。同時(shí)，這也是物流業(yè)有序發(fā)展的重要課題。也正是基于區(qū)域加快發(fā)展的考慮，在信息技術(shù)日新月異的今天，越來越多城市都提出了打造區(qū)域物流信息平臺(tái)的構(gòu)想。區(qū)域物流信息平臺(tái)是一個(gè)層次繁多、結(jié)構(gòu)立體的開放性綜合平臺(tái)。它充分發(fā)揮網(wǎng)絡(luò)、通訊等現(xiàn)代信息技術(shù)對(duì)區(qū)域內(nèi)物流作業(yè)、物流過程、物流管理的服務(wù)作用，整合物流資源，強(qiáng)化政府對(duì)市場的宏觀管理與調(diào)控能力，實(shí)現(xiàn)物流市場的規(guī)范化、效率化。建立和完善物流信息基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，構(gòu)建現(xiàn)代化的區(qū)域物流信息系統(tǒng)，將對(duì)區(qū)域物流的發(fā)展提供強(qiáng)有力的支撐。 本文針對(duì)福州市區(qū)域物流的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，按照現(xiàn)代物流、區(qū)域物流、物流信息化等相關(guān)理論，以區(qū)域物流信息平臺(tái)構(gòu)建為研究主題，重點(diǎn)對(duì)政府部門、物流企業(yè)、企業(yè)客戶三方面進(jìn)行供需分析，得出完善區(qū)域物流信息平臺(tái)的的必要性，提出構(gòu)建福州市區(qū)域物流信息平臺(tái)的總體指導(dǎo)思想，探討區(qū)域物流信息平臺(tái)的整體架構(gòu)，分析平臺(tái)信息處理的體系結(jié)構(gòu)和功能模塊，最后對(duì)區(qū)域物流信息平臺(tái)建設(shè)提出針對(duì)性的建議，以期為物流信息化的發(fā)展提供有力支撐，促進(jìn)各種物流活動(dòng)更為高效與順暢，使物流系統(tǒng)更好地發(fā)揮整體效率，實(shí)現(xiàn)規(guī)模效益。 希望本人的拙見能在福州市區(qū)域物流信息平臺(tái)的建設(shè)上提供一些有益的參考。
[Abstract]:In the current wave of regional economic integration, regional economic ties are closer, economic integration, industrial integration, making regional logistics become an important part of regional economy. At present, many places in our country are faced with difficulties in developing regional logistics industry, that is, how to make full and reasonable use of logistics resources in the region, reduce logistics cost, improve enterprise efficiency and speed up the development of regional economy. At the same time, this is also an important subject for the orderly development of the logistics industry. With the rapid development of information technology, more and more cities put forward the idea of building regional logistics information platform. The regional logistics information platform is an open and comprehensive platform with various levels and three-dimensional structure. It makes full use of modern information technology, such as network and communication, to serve regional logistics operations, logistics processes and logistics management, integrates logistics resources, strengthens the government's ability to manage and regulate the market macroscopically, and realizes the standardization of logistics market. Efficiency. The establishment and improvement of logistics information infrastructure and the construction of modern regional logistics information system will provide strong support for the development of regional logistics. According to the current situation of Fuzhou regional logistics, according to the relevant theories of modern logistics, regional logistics, logistics information, and so on, this paper takes the construction of regional logistics information platform as the research theme, focusing on the government departments, logistics enterprises, etc. Through the analysis of supply and demand from three aspects of enterprise customers, the necessity of perfecting the regional logistics information platform is obtained, the overall guiding ideology of constructing Fuzhou regional logistics information platform is put forward, and the overall structure of regional logistics information platform is discussed. This paper analyzes the system structure and function modules of the platform information processing, and finally puts forward some specific suggestions for the construction of the regional logistics information platform, in order to provide a strong support for the development of logistics information, and to promote the various logistics activities to be more efficient and smooth. Logistics system to better play the overall efficiency, achieve economies of scale. I hope my humble opinion can provide some useful reference on the construction of Fuzhou Regional Logistics Information platform.
