汽車零部件供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系有效性評(píng)價(jià)模型研究

【摘要】:隨著汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)分工的精細(xì)化和專業(yè)化,汽車中越來(lái)越大比例的零部件采購(gòu)自汽車零部件供應(yīng)商。中國(guó)汽車零部件行業(yè)情況比較復(fù)雜,雖然很多企業(yè)通過了ISO/TS16949質(zhì)量管理體系認(rèn)證,但是依然存在質(zhì)量管理體系失效的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。研究汽車零部件供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系有效性的評(píng)價(jià)方法,既可以為汽車主機(jī)廠選擇供應(yīng)商提供參考,又能為汽車零部件供應(yīng)企業(yè)提供發(fā)現(xiàn)問題的工具,提升其質(zhì)量管理水平。因此汽車零部件供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系有效性評(píng)價(jià)是一個(gè)有意義的研究課題。 論文首先闡述了選題背景、研究意義及目的,梳理了國(guó)內(nèi)外學(xué)者在質(zhì)量管理體系有效性研究領(lǐng)域的理論和成果,其次分析總結(jié)了中國(guó)汽車零部件行業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及中國(guó)零部件供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系現(xiàn)狀;結(jié)合實(shí)際提出了汽車零部件企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系的主要影響因素,進(jìn)一步建立了汽車零部件供應(yīng)商質(zhì)量管理體系有效性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,基于層次分析法和模糊綜合評(píng)價(jià)法構(gòu)建了質(zhì)量管理體系有效性評(píng)價(jià)模型,詳細(xì)闡述了對(duì)汽車零部件供應(yīng)商的質(zhì)量管理體系有效性進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)的步驟;最后,通過應(yīng)用論文提出的評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)某汽車零部件供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行了實(shí)證研究。 各國(guó)學(xué)者對(duì)各行業(yè)通用的質(zhì)量管理體系有效性評(píng)價(jià)研究較多,但對(duì)具有眾多自身特點(diǎn)的汽車零部件行業(yè)的專門性研究不足,論文在構(gòu)建汽車零部件企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系有效性評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和選擇評(píng)價(jià)方法時(shí)充分考慮和結(jié)合了汽車零部件行業(yè)的實(shí)際,構(gòu)建的評(píng)價(jià)模型對(duì)汽車零部件行業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系有效性評(píng)價(jià)的開展具有實(shí)際指導(dǎo)意義。論文最后提煉出了質(zhì)量策劃、職工培訓(xùn)、組織協(xié)調(diào)、測(cè)量和分析、缺陷預(yù)防、持續(xù)改進(jìn)、企業(yè)質(zhì)量文化七個(gè)中國(guó)汽車零部件行業(yè)的普遍性薄弱點(diǎn),,針對(duì)這些薄弱點(diǎn)提出了提高汽車零部件企業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系有效性的針對(duì)性建議。
[Abstract]:With the refinement and specialization of the division of labor in automobile industry, more and more parts are purchased from auto parts suppliers. The situation of automobile parts industry in China is quite complex. Although many enterprises have passed the certification of ISO/TS16949 quality management system, there is still the risk of the failure of quality management system. The evaluation method of the quality management system of automobile parts suppliers can not only provide reference for automobile main engine factory to select suppliers, but also provide tools for auto parts suppliers to find problems and improve their quality management level. Therefore, the effectiveness evaluation of automotive parts supplier quality management system is a meaningful research topic. Firstly, this paper describes the background, significance and purpose of the research, and summarizes the theories and achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the field of the effectiveness of quality management system. Secondly, it analyzes and summarizes the current situation of the development of China's auto parts industry and the current situation of the quality management system of China's components suppliers, and puts forward the main influencing factors of the quality management system of automobile parts enterprises in combination with the actual situation. Furthermore, the effectiveness evaluation index system of automobile parts supplier quality management system is established, and the evaluation model of quality management system effectiveness is constructed based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The steps to evaluate the effectiveness of the quality management system of automotive parts suppliers are described in detail. Finally, an empirical study on an automobile parts supplier is carried out by applying the evaluation model proposed in this paper. There are many researches on the effectiveness evaluation of general quality management system in various industries, but there is insufficient research on the specialty of automobile parts industry with its own characteristics. In this paper, the effectiveness evaluation index system of quality management system of automobile parts enterprises and the selection of evaluation methods are fully considered and combined with the actual situation of automobile parts industry. The evaluation model is of practical significance to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management system in automobile parts industry. Finally, the paper abstracts seven common weaknesses of China's automobile parts industry, such as quality planning, staff training, organization and coordination, measurement and analysis, defect prevention, continuous improvement, and enterprise quality culture. Aiming at these weaknesses, some suggestions are put forward to improve the effectiveness of the quality management system of automobile parts enterprises.
