民營(yíng)快遞企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素的實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化的不斷加深,市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也在時(shí)刻發(fā)生著改變,企業(yè)在商業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)中對(duì)于商務(wù)文件、包裹及高精用品的快速、準(zhǔn)確及安全交付的要求越來(lái)越高;消費(fèi)者則希望不用出門(mén)就能購(gòu)買(mǎi)到日常生活所需要的物品,市場(chǎng)的強(qiáng)烈需求使傳統(tǒng)的物流服務(wù)產(chǎn)生了一種可以快速實(shí)現(xiàn)門(mén)到門(mén)的快速服務(wù)方式一快遞服務(wù)。我國(guó)自從加入世貿(mào)組織以來(lái),作為現(xiàn)代第三方服務(wù)業(yè)的快遞行業(yè)成為了外資企業(yè)拓展在國(guó)內(nèi)市場(chǎng)投資的重要手段,形成了新的投資熱潮。由于經(jīng)營(yíng)模式、服務(wù)水平、信息化程度、品牌效應(yīng)等各方面的差距,國(guó)有快遞企業(yè)和民營(yíng)快遞企業(yè)都面臨著外資快遞巨頭的嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn)。因此,如何在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中培育并提高自身的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力是我國(guó)各個(gè)快遞企業(yè)當(dāng)前面臨的重要課題。 本文在參考大量文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)之上,對(duì)經(jīng)典的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)、SWOT分析理論與競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力理論做出了詳細(xì)的闡述和分析,描述了我國(guó)快遞行業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和市場(chǎng)前景,并且以此為基礎(chǔ)構(gòu)建了民營(yíng)快遞物流企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,通過(guò)對(duì)快遞物流企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力影響因素的各個(gè)指標(biāo)進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià),從而得出權(quán)重較大影響因素,并通過(guò)對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)分析結(jié)果的討論,提出了合理性的建議,在指標(biāo)權(quán)重的設(shè)定中,綜合運(yùn)用了定量和定性的方法,最終通過(guò)具體數(shù)據(jù)表現(xiàn)出來(lái)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of economic globalization, the market competition is changing at all times. In the business operation, the demand for the rapid, accurate and safe delivery of business documents, parcels and high precision supplies is getting higher and higher; the consumer wants to buy the goods needed in the daily life without going out. The strong demand of the market makes it pass on. Since China joined the WTO, the express industry of the modern third party service industry has become an important means for foreign enterprises to expand their investment in the domestic market, and has formed a new investment upsurge. Level, information level, brand effect and other aspects, state-owned express enterprises and private express enterprises are faced with the severe challenge of foreign express giants. Therefore, how to cultivate and improve their competitiveness in the fierce market competition is an important issue facing every express enterprise in China.
On the basis of a large number of documents, this paper makes a detailed exposition and analysis of the classic competitive advantage, SWOT analysis theory and competitiveness theory, describes the development status and market prospects of the express industry in China, and builds the evaluation index system of the factors affecting the competitiveness of the private express logistics enterprises. Each index of the factors affecting the competitiveness of the express logistics enterprise is evaluated, and the influential factors of the weight are obtained, and the reasonable suggestions are put forward through the discussion of the results of the data analysis. In the setting of the index weight, the quantitative and qualitative methods are used synthetically, and finally the concrete data is shown.
