【摘要】:在經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展的和市場(chǎng)對(duì)外開放的浪潮中,世界各國(guó)國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)紛紛加入中國(guó)貨運(yùn)代理市場(chǎng),整個(gè)行業(yè)處于飽和,無序的激烈競(jìng)爭(zhēng)狀況。如何引導(dǎo)貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)在新的經(jīng)濟(jì)形勢(shì)下,順應(yīng)市場(chǎng)的變化,對(duì)自身的營(yíng)運(yùn)能力,業(yè)務(wù)模式進(jìn)行資源整合優(yōu)化,成為當(dāng)務(wù)之急。第三方物流雖然在中國(guó)發(fā)展的時(shí)間并不長(zhǎng),但是在國(guó)家政策的扶持下行業(yè)優(yōu)勢(shì)明顯,且貨運(yùn)代理行業(yè)和第三方物流行業(yè)具有很強(qiáng)的關(guān)聯(lián)性,因此貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)向第三方物流企業(yè)方向發(fā)展是一個(gè)很好的選擇。貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)應(yīng)該在從事現(xiàn)有業(yè)務(wù)的基礎(chǔ)上滲透并發(fā)展第三方物流,通過為客戶提供全方位一體化的物流服務(wù),逐漸向第三方物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。 本文通過對(duì)國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理和第三方物流的概念,歷史,發(fā)展?fàn)顩r做出介紹,通過對(duì)貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)面臨的問題,第三方物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展,機(jī)遇和前景的分析,闡明國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)向第三物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性和可行性。通過企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中的SWOT分析和轉(zhuǎn)型的模式詳解,得出相關(guān)的轉(zhuǎn)型思路和轉(zhuǎn)型的策略。隨后通過對(duì)美泰物流有限公司成功轉(zhuǎn)型案例分析為即將轉(zhuǎn)型的企業(yè)提供參考方向。 論文以理論結(jié)合實(shí)際,通過對(duì)兩種行業(yè)態(tài)勢(shì)的分析,在轉(zhuǎn)型模式理論和構(gòu)建的基礎(chǔ)上,提出轉(zhuǎn)型的基本思路:經(jīng)營(yíng)觀念的改變,經(jīng)營(yíng)模式的創(chuàng)新,業(yè)務(wù)流程的改造控制,服務(wù)品牌的建立,人員團(tuán)隊(duì)的升級(jí),資源優(yōu)勢(shì)的發(fā)揮。在基本思路的指導(dǎo)下,提出經(jīng)營(yíng)管理策略,市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷策略,企業(yè)發(fā)展策略三種管理策略。因此,貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中應(yīng)該積極運(yùn)用現(xiàn)代物流管理的基本原理,以借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外優(yōu)秀物流企業(yè)的發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合企業(yè)自身情況,找到適合自己發(fā)展的商務(wù)模式。同時(shí),在轉(zhuǎn)型過程中,應(yīng)該以整合公司內(nèi)部和外部的經(jīng)驗(yàn)管理為思路,根據(jù)實(shí)際情況,應(yīng)用多種發(fā)展策略,保證公司轉(zhuǎn)型目標(biāo)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economy and the opening up of the market, international freight forwarders from all over the world have joined the Chinese freight forwarder market one after another, and the whole industry is in a state of fierce competition which is saturated and disordered. How to guide freight forwarders to adapt to the changes of the market and optimize their own operation ability and business model in the new economic situation has become an urgent task. Although the development of third-party logistics in China is not long, but with the support of national policies, the industry advantages are obvious, and the freight forwarding industry and the third party logistics industry has a strong correlation. Therefore, freight forwarding enterprises to third-party logistics enterprises development is a good choice. Freight forwarders should infiltrate and develop the third party logistics on the basis of the existing business, and gradually transform to the third party logistics enterprises by providing comprehensive logistics services for customers. This paper introduces the concept, history and development of international freight forwarding and third party logistics, and analyzes the problems faced by freight forwarding enterprises, the development, opportunities and prospects of third party logistics enterprises. Expound the necessity and feasibility of the transformation from the international freight forwarder to the third logistics enterprise. Through the analysis of SWOT and the mode of transformation in the process of enterprise transformation, the relevant ideas and strategies of transformation are obtained. Then through the successful transformation of Mattel Logistics Co., Ltd. to provide a reference for the transformation of enterprises. This paper combines theory with practice, through analyzing the situation of two industries, on the basis of the theory and construction of transformation mode, puts forward the basic ideas of transformation: the change of management idea, the innovation of business model, the transformation and control of business process. The establishment of service brand, the upgrading of personnel team, the exertion of resource advantage. Under the guidance of basic thinking, three management strategies are put forward: management strategy, marketing strategy and enterprise development strategy. Therefore, freight forwarders should actively use the basic principles of modern logistics management in the process of transformation in order to learn from the development experience of excellent logistics enterprises at home and abroad and to find the business model suitable for their own development. At the same time, in the process of transformation, we should integrate the internal and external experience management of the company as a way of thinking, according to the actual situation, apply various development strategies to ensure the realization of the corporate transformation goals.
