基于消費者視角的社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)(CSA)推廣對策研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國食品安全危機事件頻發(fā),有毒危險農(nóng)產(chǎn)品讓民眾對身邊食品質(zhì)量安全問題產(chǎn)生極大質(zhì)疑,并極大地傷害了廣大消費者對健康食品的消費信心。在此背景下,一種可以在消費者和生產(chǎn)者之間搭建信任橋梁的新型農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營形式——社區(qū)支持農(nóng)業(yè)(CSA)悄然在我國大中城市出現(xiàn),并嘗試著用一種全新的生產(chǎn)方式為消費者提供真正安全放心的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品。然而,CSA在我國還處于起步發(fā)展階段,進行大范圍推廣還尚待時日。因此,對消費者CSA參與的意愿進行調(diào)查分析,有利于為該模式在我國適時順利推廣提供有益借鑒。 本文基于消費者視角,從CSA在我國推廣可能存在的影響因素入手,調(diào)查了370位消費者的個人特征等影響因素,并利用Logit模型,對消費者的性別、年齡、職業(yè)、學歷、家庭收入、對食品安全的認知程度、對CSA農(nóng)場所產(chǎn)出農(nóng)產(chǎn)品價格的敏感程度以及對CSA在我國發(fā)展前景的預期等因素進行了實證分析,得出了以下主要結(jié)論:消費者的個人特征從不同角度影響CSA參與意愿;消費者CSA參與意愿顯著受到家庭人口數(shù)、家庭人均月收入、對現(xiàn)今食品安全問題的認知程度以及對CSA未來發(fā)展前景預期因素的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,提出充分調(diào)動各方資源,發(fā)揮CSA的多功能性、加強成功案例的宣傳推介力度,健全CSA推廣扶持政策,嚴把CSA農(nóng)場產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量關(guān),創(chuàng)新CSA農(nóng)場服務(wù)方式,,建立CSA推廣示范點等對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, food safety crisis has occurred frequently in our country. Toxic and dangerous agricultural products make people have great doubts about the quality and safety of food around them, and have greatly damaged the consumer confidence in healthy food. In this context, a new form of agricultural production and management-community support agriculture CSA-which can build a bridge of trust between consumers and producers-appears quietly in large and medium-sized cities in China. And try to use a brand-new mode of production for consumers to provide real safety and trust of agricultural products. However, CSA is still in the initial stage of development in China. Therefore, the investigation and analysis of consumers' willingness to participate in CSA will be helpful for the successful promotion of this model in China. Based on the consumer perspective, this paper investigates the influencing factors of CSA promotion in China, including the personal characteristics of 370 consumers, and makes use of the Logit model to analyze the gender, age, occupation, educational background and family income of the consumers. The cognitive level of food safety, the sensitivity to the price of agricultural products produced by the CSA farm and the expectation of the future development of CSA in China are analyzed empirically. The main conclusions are as follows: the individual characteristics of consumers influence the willingness of CSA participation from different angles; the consumer's willingness to participate in CSA is significantly affected by the number of families and the average monthly income of households. The cognitive level of current food safety problems and its impact on the future development prospects of CSA. On this basis, it is proposed to fully mobilize the resources of all parties, give full play to the versatility of CSA, strengthen the propaganda and promotion of successful cases, improve the policy of CSA extension and support, strictly control the quality of CSA farm products, and innovate the service mode of CSA farms. To establish CSA extension demonstration sites and other countermeasures.
