【摘要】：長(zhǎng)吉圖開發(fā)開放先導(dǎo)區(qū)作為與周邊國(guó)家、周圍港口相連接的重要樞紐,長(zhǎng)吉圖的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展與建設(shè)離不開物流業(yè)的發(fā)展。但是,環(huán)境問題的日益嚴(yán)重,使得在發(fā)展長(zhǎng)吉圖地區(qū)物流業(yè)的同時(shí),必須將環(huán)境因素也考慮進(jìn)來(lái),只有使得物流業(yè)的發(fā)展與環(huán)境相協(xié)調(diào),才能實(shí)現(xiàn)長(zhǎng)吉圖地區(qū)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。 綠色物流作為現(xiàn)代物流的一部分,剛好滿足了長(zhǎng)吉圖發(fā)展物流業(yè)的要求。綠色物流就是在物流活動(dòng)中,包括運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、裝卸搬運(yùn)、流通加工、配送、包裝等環(huán)節(jié)中,以對(duì)環(huán)境影響最小化、資源消耗最小化、經(jīng)濟(jì)效益最大化為目標(biāo)的,促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境共同發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代物流。但是,對(duì)于目前長(zhǎng)吉圖地區(qū)的物流業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),與綠色物流的要求相比還有很大差距。因此,如何有效的發(fā)展長(zhǎng)吉圖地區(qū)的綠色物流,是長(zhǎng)吉圖開發(fā)開放先導(dǎo)區(qū)物流業(yè)將要面臨的首要問題。 首先,論文針對(duì)長(zhǎng)吉圖當(dāng)前物流業(yè)的基本情況,主要從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、物流量、進(jìn)出口貿(mào)易、物流從業(yè)人員、物流業(yè)發(fā)展、物流成本等6個(gè)方面進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明與分析,運(yùn)用SWOT分析法明確長(zhǎng)吉圖區(qū)域當(dāng)前物流業(yè)發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)、劣勢(shì)、機(jī)會(huì)與威脅。 其次,在現(xiàn)有研究資料的基礎(chǔ)上,通過(guò)實(shí)地考察并結(jié)合專家的意見和建議,確定了長(zhǎng)吉圖區(qū)域綠色物流指標(biāo)體系。通過(guò)問卷調(diào)查的方式對(duì)各個(gè)要素賦值,運(yùn)用層次分析方法對(duì)長(zhǎng)吉圖區(qū)域發(fā)展綠色物流進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)分析,確定長(zhǎng)吉圖區(qū)域綠色物流指標(biāo)體系中各個(gè)指標(biāo)權(quán)重值。針對(duì)結(jié)果分析總結(jié)了發(fā)展綠色物流所存在的問題。 最后,通過(guò)對(duì)綠色物流指標(biāo)體系的評(píng)價(jià)分析,結(jié)合國(guó)外綠色物流發(fā)展的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),從環(huán)境、資源、經(jīng)濟(jì)、技術(shù)四個(gè)方面給出具體的發(fā)展措施,更好的促進(jìn)今后長(zhǎng)吉圖區(qū)域綠色物流的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:As an important hub connected with neighboring countries and surrounding ports, the economic development and construction of Changji Tu can not be separated from the development of logistics industry.However, the increasingly serious environmental problems make it necessary to take environmental factors into account when developing the logistics industry in Changjitu area. Only by coordinating the development of logistics industry with the environment, can the sustainable development of Changjitu area be realized.Green logistics as a part of modern logistics, just meet the requirements of Changji tu development logistics industry.Green logistics is in the logistics activities, including transportation, warehousing, loading and unloading, circulation processing, distribution, packaging and other links, with the objective of minimizing the impact on the environment, minimizing the consumption of resources, and maximizing economic benefits.Modern logistics that promotes the common development of economy and environment.However, there is still a big gap between the requirements of green logistics and the current logistics industry in Changjitu area.Therefore, how to effectively develop the green logistics in Changjitu area is the most important problem that the logistics industry will face in the development of open leading area.First of all, the paper explains and analyzes the basic situation of the current logistics industry in Changji Tu, mainly from six aspects: infrastructure, logistics flow, import and export trade, logistics personnel, logistics industry development, logistics cost, etc.The advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the current development of logistics industry in Changjitu area are determined by SWOT analysis.Secondly, on the basis of the existing research data, through field investigation and experts' opinions and suggestions, the paper determines the index system of Changjitu regional green logistics.By means of questionnaire survey, the paper evaluates and analyzes the development of green logistics in Changjitu region by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method, and determines the weight value of each index in the index system of Changjitu regional green logistics.Based on the analysis of the results, the problems existing in the development of green logistics are summarized.Finally, through the evaluation and analysis of the index system of green logistics, combined with the advanced experience of foreign green logistics development, the specific development measures are given from the four aspects of environment, resources, economy and technology.Better promote the future development of green logistics in Changjitu region.
