【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，旅游業(yè)已經(jīng)開(kāi)始在我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展過(guò)程中占據(jù)主導(dǎo)地位。旅游業(yè)的發(fā)展不僅會(huì)對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長(zhǎng)產(chǎn)生重要的促進(jìn)作用，而且通過(guò)旅游業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展能夠充分發(fā)揮旅游業(yè)就業(yè)門檻低、就業(yè)崗位豐富及勞動(dòng)密集性等特點(diǎn)，加快旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)與相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)融合，為社會(huì)提供大量的就業(yè)崗位，一定程度上緩解了社會(huì)上存在大量剩余勞動(dòng)力給政府帶來(lái)的的就業(yè)壓力。 河南省作為人口大省，有著大量的剩余勞動(dòng)力，就業(yè)形勢(shì)嚴(yán)峻。解決就業(yè)難題成為河南省當(dāng)前的工作重點(diǎn)。河南省擁有豐富的旅游資源，通過(guò)發(fā)展旅游業(yè)解決就業(yè)問(wèn)題，在促進(jìn)河南省經(jīng)濟(jì)快速發(fā)展、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)合理優(yōu)化方面發(fā)揮著重要的作用。但是，在河南省旅游業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的同時(shí)，本身存在的缺陷也會(huì)對(duì)河南省旅游就業(yè)產(chǎn)生了一定的制約。因此，，對(duì)河南省旅游就業(yè)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行分析就顯得很有必要。 本文以河南省旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)就業(yè)效應(yīng)為研究對(duì)象，通過(guò)借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外研究成果，首先明確了旅游業(yè)、旅游就業(yè)及旅游就業(yè)效應(yīng)等概念，闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)理論，并對(duì)主要的就業(yè)效應(yīng)評(píng)估指標(biāo)加以解釋。其次就河南省的旅游就業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。接著對(duì)河南省旅游業(yè)近年來(lái)各項(xiàng)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行搜集，從實(shí)證層面上對(duì)河南省旅游就業(yè)效應(yīng)進(jìn)行評(píng)估。最后對(duì)相關(guān)結(jié)論進(jìn)行整理，提出現(xiàn)階段河南省旅游就業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問(wèn)題并針對(duì)問(wèn)題提出相關(guān)建議。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the tourism industry has begun to occupy a dominant position in the process of the development of our national economy. The development of the tourism industry will not only have an important role in promoting the growth of China's national economy, but also through the development of tourism economy can give full play to the tourism industry employment threshold is low, jobs and rich labor intensive etc. the tourism industry and related industries, accelerate industrial integration, provide a lot of jobs for the society, to some extent alleviate the society exists in a large number of surplus labor employment brings pressure to the government.
Henan Province, as a populous province, there are a lot of surplus labor, the employment situation is grim. To solve the employment problem has become the focus of the current work of Henan province. Henan province has rich tourism resources, solve the employment problem through the development of the tourism industry in Henan Province, to promote the rapid development of economy, industrial structure optimization plays an important role. However, in the economic development of tourism in Henan province at the same time, its defect will also have certain constraints on Henan province tourism employment. Therefore, it is very necessary for Henan tourism employment effect were analyzed.
In this paper, the employment effects of tourism industry in Henan Province as the research object, through the research achievement at home and abroad, firstly defined the tourism industry, tourism employment and tourism employment effect concept, elaborated the theory at home and abroad, and the main evaluation index of employment effect explained. Then the development of employment situation in Henan province tourism were analyzed. Then, the tourist industry in Henan Province in recent years, the related data were collected, from the empirical level of Henan province tourism employment effect is evaluated. Finally, the relevant conclusions are put forward, the existence and development of tourism in Henan Province in the stage of employment problems and puts forward relevant suggestions.
