【摘要】：通過(guò)理論分析,并基于產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量危機(jī)影響因子識(shí)別結(jié)果,提出了產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)、資源管理及質(zhì)量改進(jìn)因素之間相互作用關(guān)系的理論假設(shè),構(gòu)建其概念模型;通過(guò)問(wèn)卷設(shè)計(jì)與調(diào)查,獲得實(shí)證研究數(shù)據(jù),利用SPSS18.0及AMOS18.0進(jìn)行了信度分析及效度檢驗(yàn),結(jié)果表明,問(wèn)卷具有良好的信度和效度;采用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行了統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,驗(yàn)證了理論假設(shè)和概念模型的正確性;探討了產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量危機(jī)內(nèi)部影響因素之間作用機(jī)理。研究結(jié)果表明:產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)因素直接影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量危機(jī)預(yù)控能力;資源管理因素通過(guò)產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)因素間接影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量危機(jī)預(yù)控能力;質(zhì)量改進(jìn)因素通過(guò)產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)因素間接影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量危機(jī)預(yù)控能力;質(zhì)量改進(jìn)因素與資源管理因素相互作用并通過(guò)產(chǎn)品實(shí)現(xiàn)因素間接影響產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量危機(jī)預(yù)控能力。
[Abstract]:Through theoretical analysis, and based on the results of product quality crisis impact factor identification, the theoretical hypothesis of interaction among product realization, resource management and quality improvement factors is put forward, and its conceptual model is constructed.The results show that the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, and the structural equation model is used to analyze the data.The validity of the theoretical hypothesis and the conceptual model are verified, and the mechanism of the internal influencing factors of the product quality crisis is discussed.The results show that: product realization factors directly affect the ability of product quality crisis pre-control, resource management factors indirectly affect product quality crisis pre-control ability through product realization factors;Quality improvement factors indirectly affect product quality crisis control ability through product realization factors, quality improvement factors interact with resource management factors, and product quality crisis pre-control capabilities are indirectly affected by product realization factors.
