【摘要】：以鋼鐵工業(yè)企業(yè)廢鋼回收循環(huán)利用為背景,對企業(yè)的逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)進行設(shè)計�？紤]需求市場需求量、廢鋼回收量以及回收產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的不確定性,以物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)成本以及對環(huán)境的影響最小化為目標,建立了多目標隨機規(guī)劃模型,決策逆向物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中工廠以及回收處理中心的位置、數(shù)目和網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點間的物流量分配。利用約束法處理多目標轉(zhuǎn)化為單目標模型,結(jié)合情景分析對隨機規(guī)劃模型進行求解。最后,在MATLAB2014a平臺調(diào)用CPLEX,用算例驗證了模型的有效性,并對ε參數(shù)的敏感性進行了分析。
[Abstract]:Based on the recycling of scrap in iron and steel industry enterprises, the reverse logistics network is designed.Considering the uncertainty of demand, scrap recovery and product quality, a multi-objective stochastic programming model is established with the objective of minimizing the cost of logistics network and the impact on the environment.The location and number of factories and recycling centers in reverse logistics networks and the distribution of logistics among network nodes are determined.The multi-objective model is transformed into a single-objective model by constraint method, and the stochastic programming model is solved by scenario analysis.Finally, the validity of the model is verified by using MATLAB2014a platform, and the sensitivity of 蔚 parameter is analyzed.
