中原城市群資源環(huán)境承載力分析

【摘要】:近年來隨著社會的快速發(fā)展,城市化帶來的問題愈來愈嚴重,如人口膨脹、交通擁堵、房價過高、資源稀缺、社會秩序紊亂等等。在這樣危機的背景下,人類開始檢討自己的行為方式,希望探求到能使人類社會未來可持續(xù)發(fā)展的正確道路。城市群作為社會發(fā)展的一個載體,其功能越來越強大。中原城市群位于中國中部城市的中心地帶,對南北方的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展具有強大的輻射作用,對東西部經(jīng)濟發(fā)展起到了很好的承接作用。中原城市群作為河南省經(jīng)濟的中心,其出現(xiàn)的問題最為明顯,在這種情況下,對中原城市群資源環(huán)境承載力進行評價,對中原城市群以后的發(fā)展具有重要的指導作用。 本文首先論述了城市群的資源環(huán)境承載力理論,在這樣的前提下,參照國家政府部門的相關計劃文件,確立了中原城市群,具體包含鄭州市、濟源市、焦作市、開封市、洛陽市、許昌市、新鄉(xiāng)市、漯河市和平頂山市。根據(jù)支撐中原城市群發(fā)展的主要要素出發(fā),系統(tǒng)地分析了各市資源、環(huán)境的承載力狀況。根據(jù)支撐中原城市群發(fā)展的根本要素出發(fā),系統(tǒng)地分析了各市資源、環(huán)境的承載力狀況。建立了系統(tǒng)的資源環(huán)境承載力評價指標體系,通過對構建的資源環(huán)境承載力指數(shù)法模型的計算,得出結論,進而系統(tǒng)地評價中原城市群的資源環(huán)境承載力狀況。 本文的主要研究成果如下: 1、通過對中原城市群水資源承載力的分析,以2010年為現(xiàn)狀年,得出鄭州市水資源承載指數(shù)最大。鄭州市經(jīng)濟發(fā)達,工農(nóng)業(yè)需水量大,加之污水排放量大,使鄭州市成為中原城市群水資源最嚴重缺水地區(qū)。其他城市水資源表現(xiàn)為盈余,水資源開發(fā)利用的空間廣闊。 2、通過對中原城市群土地資源承載力的研究,結果表明:2000-2010年中原城市群九市的土地資源承載力空間變化不明顯,鄭州市、平頂山市、濟源市和洛陽市是人口超載的重災區(qū)。其余地區(qū)大都表現(xiàn)為人糧關系好,尤其是新鄉(xiāng)、漯河和許昌。糧食尚有盈余,沒有出現(xiàn)人口過度超載現(xiàn)象。 3、通過對中原城市群水環(huán)境承載力的研究,結果表明:中原城市群9市水環(huán)境承載力的空間分布變化不大。從2000年到2010年,新鄉(xiāng)、開封、許昌、漯河四市的水環(huán)境承載力一直處于嚴重超載狀態(tài)。濟源市的水環(huán)境承載力近10年來一直處于良好狀態(tài)。其他4市的水環(huán)境承載力處于中等水平。 4、通過對中原城市群大氣環(huán)境承載力的研究,結果表明:2000年,中原城市群的中部和東南、西南部是大氣環(huán)境承載力弱的集中于區(qū)域,大氣污染狀況嚴重。2005年環(huán)境改善不大,到2010年中原城市群大氣環(huán)境狀況整體變好。 5、通過對中原城市群聲環(huán)境承載力的研究,結果表明:中原城市群各市區(qū)的聲環(huán)境總體上遠離臨界值,聲環(huán)境質(zhì)量較好。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of society, urbanization brings more and more serious problems, such as population expansion, traffic congestion, high house prices, scarce resources, social order disorder and so on.Under the background of such crisis, human beings begin to review their behavior, hoping to find the right way to make human society sustainable development in the future.As a carrier of social development, urban agglomeration has more and more powerful functions.The Central Plains Urban agglomeration is located in the center of the central cities of China, which has a strong radiation effect on the economic development of the north and south, and plays a very good role in undertaking the economic development of the east and the west.As the economic center of Henan Province, the urban agglomeration in Central Plains has the most obvious problems. In this case, the evaluation of the carrying capacity of resources and environment of the urban agglomeration in the Central Plains plays an important role in guiding the development of the urban agglomeration in the Central Plains.This paper first discusses the theory of resource and environmental carrying capacity of urban agglomeration, and establishes the urban agglomeration of Central Plains, including Zhengzhou, Jiyuan, Jiaozuo, Kaifeng, according to the relevant planning documents of national government departments.Luoyang City, Xuchang City, Xinxiang City, Luohe City and Pingdingshan City.According to the main factors supporting the development of urban agglomeration in Central China, the carrying capacity of resources and environment in each city is analyzed systematically.According to the basic factors supporting the development of urban agglomeration in Central Plains, the carrying capacity of resources and environment in each city is analyzed systematically.A systematic evaluation index system of the carrying capacity of resources and environment is established. The conclusion is drawn by calculating the index model of carrying capacity of resources and environment, and then the condition of carrying capacity of resources and environment of the urban agglomeration in Central Plains is systematically evaluated.The main research results of this paper are as follows:1. Through the analysis of the water resources carrying capacity of the urban agglomeration in Central China, taking 2010 as the current year, it is concluded that the water resources carrying capacity index of Zhengzhou City is the largest.Zhengzhou has developed economy, large water demand of industry and agriculture, and large amount of sewage discharge, which makes Zhengzhou become the most serious water shortage area of urban agglomeration in Central Plains.Other urban water resources show surplus, water resources development and utilization of the vast space.2. Through the study of the carrying capacity of land resources in the Central Plains Urban agglomeration, the results show that the spatial change of the carrying capacity of the land resources in the nine cities of the Central Plains Urban agglomeration from 2000 to 2010 is not obvious. Zhengzhou, Pingdingshan, Jiyuan and Luoyang are the most overloaded disaster areas.Most of the rest of the area for the good relationship between people and grain, especially Xinxiang, Luohe and Xuchang.There was a surplus in grain and no overloading of the population.3. The results show that the spatial distribution of water environmental carrying capacity in 9 cities of Central Plains urban agglomeration has little change.From 2000 to 2010, the water environment carrying capacity of Xinxiang, Kaifeng, Xuchang and Luohe has been seriously overloaded.The bearing capacity of water environment in Jiyuan City has been in good condition for nearly 10 years.The water environmental carrying capacity of the other four cities is at the medium level.4. Through the study of the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity of the Central Plains Urban agglomeration, the results show that in 2000, the central and southeast parts of the Central Plains Urban agglomeration and the southwestern part of the Central Plains Urban agglomeration are the regions where the atmospheric environmental carrying capacity is weakly concentrated, and the atmospheric pollution situation is serious.By 2010, the Central Plains urban agglomeration atmosphere environment as a whole has improved.5. The results show that the sound environment of the urban agglomeration is far away from the critical value, and the sound environment quality is better.
