考慮服務(wù)水平影響的雙渠道供應(yīng)鏈庫存模型研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展和物流技術(shù)的不斷進步,電子商務(wù)在線渠道逐漸成為主流的交易渠道,越來越多的傳統(tǒng)企業(yè)也開始拓展在線渠道,這樣就不可避免地就遇到了在線渠道和傳統(tǒng)渠道之間的共存和沖突問題,顧客也將很長時間內(nèi)處于雙渠道的市場購買環(huán)境。 在這樣的雙渠道運營環(huán)境下,庫存管理是其重要的環(huán)節(jié)之一,良好的庫存控制可以使企業(yè)在激烈的市場競爭中保持競爭優(yōu)勢地位,而衡量庫存管理水平高低的一個關(guān)鍵要素就是顧客服務(wù)水平,即現(xiàn)有庫存可以滿足顧客需求所占的比例。本文研究的是帶有服務(wù)水平影響的雙渠道庫存模型理論。首先研究了傳統(tǒng)渠道及在線渠道環(huán)境下的帶有服務(wù)水平影響的庫存控制理論,,為雙渠道庫存控制奠定基礎(chǔ)。結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)渠道和在線渠道的特點,分別構(gòu)建具有服務(wù)水平約束的庫存模型,進行模型求解和數(shù)值分析,研究表明服務(wù)水平與渠道需求之間應(yīng)該具有更緊密的調(diào)節(jié)關(guān)系,這在雙渠道環(huán)境下尤為明顯。 基于以上的研究成果,針對渠道需求、服務(wù)水平、價格之間的相互影響關(guān)系,提出了需求影響系數(shù)這一概念,并且研究了相應(yīng)的計算方法。隨后對雙渠道庫存管理模式進行了分類,分為分散管理模式和集中管理模式,分別對兩種模式進行了模型構(gòu)建和數(shù)值分析。研究表明不論是在分散管理模式,還是集中管理模式下,制造商和零售商企業(yè)可以通過構(gòu)建的庫存模型,預(yù)測和分析雙渠道市場的競爭形勢和各個渠道庫存的變化情況,同時根據(jù)該模式可以計算出每個訂貨周期內(nèi)的最佳訂貨批次以及單位時間的最佳利潤值,最后還進行了需求不確定性靈敏度分析研究,獲得了相應(yīng)的結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the continuous progress of logistics technology, e-commerce online channel has gradually become the mainstream trading channel, and more and more traditional enterprises have begun to expand online channels. In this way, the coexistence and conflict between online channel and traditional channel will inevitably be encountered, and customers will be in the market environment of double channel for a long time. In such a dual-channel operating environment, inventory management is one of its important links, good inventory control can enable enterprises to maintain competitive advantage in the fierce market competition. And one of the key elements to measure the level of inventory management is the level of customer service. That is, the proportion of the existing inventory can meet the customer demand. This paper studies the dual-channel inventory model theory with the influence of service level. Firstly, the paper studies the impact of the traditional channel and online channel environment with the service level. Inventory control theory, Combined with the characteristics of traditional channel and online channel, the inventory model with service level constraint is constructed, and the model is solved and analyzed numerically. The research shows that there should be a closer regulatory relationship between service level and channel demand, which is especially obvious in dual channel environment. Based on the above research results, this paper puts forward the concept of demand influence coefficient in view of the interrelation among channel demand, service level and price. And the corresponding calculation methods are studied. Then the dual-channel inventory management model is classified into decentralized management mode and centralized management mode. The two models are constructed and analyzed numerically. The results show that both manufacturers and retailers can build inventory models through decentralized management or centralized management. The competitive situation of the double channel market and the change of the inventory of each channel are predicted and analyzed. According to the model, the best order batch and the best profit value per unit time can be calculated according to the model. Finally, the sensitivity analysis of demand uncertainty is carried out, and the corresponding conclusions are obtained.
