【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國的城市經(jīng)濟與電子商務(wù)的飛速發(fā)展,網(wǎng)購的數(shù)量、規(guī)模和種類與日俱增,網(wǎng)點的布局與優(yōu)化對于快遞企業(yè)的發(fā)展起著舉足輕重的作用,由此快遞企業(yè)運營規(guī)模的合理化與擴大化顯得尤為重要,這對當今快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點的科學(xué)合理開設(shè)提出了更加高的要求。 電子商務(wù)迅猛發(fā)展所帶來的快遞量的激增無疑是快遞企業(yè)眼下急需解決的難題,因此快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點的布局與優(yōu)化是當今快遞業(yè)發(fā)展工作中的重中之重。一方面,它關(guān)系著快遞企業(yè)資源的合理配置,以避免引起不必要的浪費；另一方面,它可以引導(dǎo)快遞企業(yè)的良性經(jīng)營運作模式,為長期的建設(shè)發(fā)展奠定良好基礎(chǔ),對未來企業(yè)的可持續(xù)發(fā)展起著決定性的作用。因此,對快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點的布局與優(yōu)化問題進行研究具有重要的理論意義和實際應(yīng)用價值。 本文從微觀角度對快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點的布局與優(yōu)化問題進行深入研究。首先,在明確當今快遞業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的前提下,引出網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化的研究重點,建立本文的研究框架與方案路線；其次,對快遞企業(yè)服務(wù)網(wǎng)點的基礎(chǔ)理論知識進行詳細介紹,并提出適合本文的研究方法；再次,通過歸納總結(jié)現(xiàn)有的網(wǎng)點布局評價指標與影響網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化的指標因素,進一步完善快遞企業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化評價指標,建立更加科學(xué)、合理、全面的快遞企業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局評價指標體系；然后,建立快遞企業(yè)網(wǎng)點布局優(yōu)化策略模型,并通過結(jié)合成本因素建立目標規(guī)劃數(shù)學(xué)模型,引入實例證明模型的可行性；最后,對實例的應(yīng)用結(jié)果進行分析與評價,并對本文的研究成果作總結(jié)與展望,希望能對后續(xù)相關(guān)研究提供指導(dǎo)意見。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of urban economy and electronic commerce in China, the quantity, scale and variety of online shopping are increasing day by day. The layout and optimization of network network plays an important role in the development of express delivery enterprises. Therefore, the rationalization and expansion of the operation scale of express delivery enterprises is particularly important, which puts forward higher requirements for the scientific and reasonable opening of service outlets of express delivery enterprises today. The surge of express delivery volume brought by the rapid development of electronic commerce is an urgent problem for express delivery enterprises. Therefore, the layout and optimization of service outlets of express delivery enterprises is the most important task in the development of express delivery industry. On the one hand, It is related to the rational allocation of the resources of express delivery enterprises in order to avoid unnecessary waste. On the other hand, it can guide the benign operation mode of express delivery enterprises and lay a good foundation for the long-term construction and development. It plays a decisive role in the sustainable development of enterprises in the future. Therefore, it is of great theoretical significance and practical application value to study the layout and optimization of service outlets of express delivery enterprises. This paper makes a deep research on the layout and optimization of service outlets of express delivery enterprises from a micro perspective. First of all, under the premise of clarifying the current development situation of express delivery industry, it leads to the research focus of network layout optimization. Set up the research framework and plan line of this paper; secondly, introduce the basic theory knowledge of express delivery enterprise service network in detail, and put forward the research method suitable for this article; third, By summing up the existing evaluation index of network layout and the index factors that affect the optimization of network layout, we further improve the evaluation index of network layout of express delivery enterprises, and establish more scientific and reasonable, A comprehensive evaluation index system of network layout of express delivery enterprises; then, the optimization strategy model of network layout of express delivery enterprises is established, and the mathematical model of target programming is established by combining cost factors, and an example is introduced to prove the feasibility of the model. The application results of this paper are analyzed and evaluated, and the research results of this paper are summarized and prospected.
